My dog loo loves this place and the staff is phenomenal

Just visited to determine if we want to use the facility. Very impressed.

Both our dogs were tired but happy when we picked them up. They seem to have enjoyed their stay. The report card is a nice touch.

Lucky's is a great facility. The staff is fantastic and treat the pets like family. The variety of toys and food is good and the prices are reasonable!

Great place for day care or long stays. Very good prices. Our dog Kylo loves it every time

Great groomer. My dog is so much happier coming here than our previous Manahawkin groomer. Jill does a super job and he is a big hairy boy (collie) so he is a lot of work. The job is thorough and he is done in half the time I am used to---less stress for the dog and he leaves happy instead of trying to just flee the place. We love Lucky's.

We left our much loved and pampered, extremely spoiled Yorkie at Lucky's while we spent a few days on LBI. We weren't a bit worried about her. She was well cared for and sparkling clean and sweet smelling when we picked her up. We could tell by her behavior that she was treated with the same love and care she is used to. We will use Lucky's every year!

Way over priced!! Girl's at the front were rather snotty and it didn't feel comfortable.

Clearly, you both must work there. A senior citizen isn't going to admit that they don't grasp information right away when it comes to buying something simple like dog food. Senior's won't pay the prices there anyways! I work as a restaurant manager and I know what seniors are willing to pay for their own food. Give me a break. Anyways, I'm writing a review on my experience and you can't argue with me when it comes to how I felt there. Not everyone in this economy can afford $45 a night (and thats the cheapest rate?!). And I don't use pet sitters either. So thank you, you really convinced me now.

I spoke with two employees regarding what our dog would need from the vet to be boarded and was misinformed. After filling out their paperwork and submitting they told me I had to bring my dog back to the vet for another test. When we asked them about it the employee was rude and dismissive. There are plenty of other decent places to board dogs. The employee s offer to remedy the situation was pay us to take your dog to the vet for the last test. We will stay away from this place as will our pet owning family and friends.

This is a great place to care for your pet while you are away. My Leonberger gets wonderful care and great grooming.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Place is clean and well organized. My dog seems to enjoy her stay and I love that she gets a report card on her visit. Highly recommend.

My friend's dog came out looking like a show dog! He was so happy with his new look! The groomers seem to be very caring and capable. They do a wonderful job and the dogs and owners seem to be very pleased! Highly recommend!

Most awesome place! My Bella has been going since she was a puppy. Such a good feeling to know your pet is being taken such good care of when you are away!

The facility is beautiful, but I have to tell you that I found the phone receptionist to be very rude. She seemed to have difficulty answering simple questions. I am used to using dog care facilities where the receptionist is knowledgeable and pleasant. Has anyone else had this experience. The place is gorgeous and the staff is wonderful, I just can't stand speaking to their phone receptionist!

I went there for the first time and everyone was extremely friendly and kind. The store is EXTREMELY CLEAN! Any question you have for the employees they're always knowledgeable and are able to guide you to the right product to use. They never get annoyed because you ask too many questions. I absolutely adore this place!

Lucky's Bed & Biscuit never fails to meet and exceed expectations. I hate having to leave my fur baby when we vacation but at Lucky's I know he has amazing caregivers! Their staff is caring and quickly communicates any issues and takes steps to remedy them. Even though I miss him, I know he's in great hands. I would happily recommend them for boarding, daycare or grooming. We love Lucky's Bed & Biscuit!!

I have been bringing my dog Griffin here for 10 - yes - 10 years! We use Lucky's 4-5 times a year for when we are on vacation or traveling and cannot take our dog with us. We travel 90+ minutes to bring him to Lucky's because NO PLACE compares - this place is state of the art, super clean and welcoming. We found it when vacationing in LBI when our dog was 1. He absolutely loves it there and gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot; which makes leaving him that much easier.

I can't say enough good things about this place and highly recommend it. I only wish it were closer! I've look into 8-10 other places and I can say nothing comes close to what this place offers. The staff is welcoming and courteous and they have a cute store for treats, toys and more. The add-on spa treatment brings him home clean every time!

They are the best....my pets have been enjoying Luckys since they opened and loved it. The staff is great and our pets have had wonderful care. They are happy when they walk in and see their friends, and we travel a distance to take our little Jamie to have fun at their 'home away from home'

Outstanding stay for your family pet! Excellent staff who treats each pet as their own!!!

My dog loved this place. Well at least I think he did, he can't talk you know. This is where we placed our loved one as we went on our family vacation without him. Yea I know we are cruel, but he had lots o fun without us. They have a large indoor play area complete with a small built in pool. The dogs have group playtime together, heck they even will give your pet a birthday party while he is there. The staff is great and the prices are more than reasonable for the care of our Sir Eli.

We had to board our dogs recently, after a family member, had a medical emergency. Luckys was able to accommodate our dogs, on little notice.

I love Lucky's and so does my dog. I drive all the way from Delaware to bring my dog there...he spent the Summer there when I went to LBI and now I can't take him anywhere else. When he is there I know that he is being taken care of and loved like he is one of their own. I highly recommend!!

Very rude staff, inconsiderate and incompetent. It s a shame because it is a very nice facility. They are slow to respond and slow to ask for what the need. And on top are very expensive, which would acceptable if they did not have the rudeness, incompetent and inconsiderate staff. Better option in the area.

My two dogs, Duke and Shelby, were in love with Lucky's. And after taking the behind the scenes tour, I know why. This place is Disneyworld for dogs. The attention to detail is impeccable. And the genuine love and care of the staff shows. In the past I have always been worried about leaving my dogs anywhere. But I can go away now without thinking twice, because my dogs will be having just as much fun as I am!

They always take great care of my dog Tucker and treat him like family. We go 3x per week. Never a problem and super professional. Nice boutique and shop too. They really love dogs there. Thanks Lucky's!

I have been taking my dog Mickey to Lucky's for grooming for about a year now. They always do a great job and I have nothing but praise for the way they treat him. He can be a problem since he does not like to be groomed. I expect to be going to Lucky's for a very long time

Was looking for home made treats for my diabetic dog, but they don't offer any.

Well kept faculty, all the latest tech. Definitely a puppy palace run by good people.

This was the first time we boarded Morley at Lucky's. Morley is very high maintenance with irritable bowel disease and anxiety and needs constant focus on her feedings. The staff at Lucky's went above and beyond. The storm probably scared her and she was fussy about eating. They not only hand fed her to make sure she ate they talked to me on the phone and let me know everything that was going on.

Thank you for taking such good care of our baby girl. I will recommend Lucky's to everyone I know.

My pup loves luckys! He comes home tired, with a full belly and absolutely happy. He gets souvenirs from other puppies birthdays and I just love that this doggy day care is absolutely clean, bright and loves the pups! Could not be more happier with them and neither can Frankie! Here is Frankie my 6month old absolutely exhausted from an amazing day at luckys!

Lucky's has been there for us from day one with all of our dogs. My one pup practically lived there (not literally) when I worked nights at Daycare. They're professional and phenomenal when it comes to care and dedication to our animals.

The staffing is what really makes this place so great.

My Golden Retriever, Turk, loves Lucky's. Staff is very friendly and it is a very well run professional operation. Bulk daycare package pricing allows you to pay the winter rate throughout the summer.

I have been bringing my dog here for over 7 years. She comes home exhausted from playing. When I board her I know she is in good hands and getting the best care possible.

Great Staff...A Lot of Love...Dogs have a Wonderful Time.

We just moved to the area and my husband needed back surgery from an injury. We came across this place who not only accommodated us so quickly, but took perfect care of our gsd pup. They kept her over night, sent us a bed time photo and she was tuckered out two days after we picked her up! Now we bring her weekly because the staff is absolutely delightful and she loves it. I Would absolutely recommend (and have) for over night visits, half and fully day visits. It helped our pup get use to other dogs and people and socialize better especially during covid. They're clean, friendly, accommodating and have everything you need including spa time nail cuts and teeth brushing! Can't say enough good things about this place.

My dog Trixie loves Lucky s and we are so glad they have reopened!!! While closed, they did a beautiful remodel and the new lobby/store looks amazing!! It is so clean and so bright! There are so many cool pet items in the shop, too! Its so awesome to have such a great place nearby where my dog can go to play. The staff is so friendly, and Trixie always comes home happy and appropriately tired. I never worry about her while she is there because I know that the staff members are well-trained and love all of their guests. I couldn t recommend Lucky s more for day care, boarding, or grooming!

This particular trip to Lucky's was for spa treatments. We've done boarding in the past as well. My dogs knew where they were and were excited to get inside. They obviously love the place and I took that as a very good sign.

So glad I found out about this place. I sent my lab here while I got married and went on our honeymoon. It was worth every penny. They have the best grooming salon as well! I travel from Tom's River to bring Lucy here for her bath! Grade A quality!
