I am delighted with model 2.
Easy to use, Luminettes allow me to be dynamic in the morning and make it easier to fall asleep. My neurologist gave great advice!
I will probably upgrade to Model 3 in the future ...

Prescribed by my neurologist in the context of my sleep disorders and my epilepsy, I now cannot do without it. The fact that they are glasses is very practical because you know how to do your activities without worries (such as brushing your teeth, having lunch, reading or even starting to work). They come with a very practical cover for storage and / or travel.
I just advise against using them in a dark room.

Every year I feel a lack of light and this is felt on my morale.
This year I found the solution to overcome this with the Luminette. The advantage is that you don't get stuck in front of a screen and that you can get ready in the morning or have breakfast with the glasses on your nose. It's very useful :)

I have been using the Luminette for a little over two years now and the results are truly impressive.

Before, I always wanted to go back to sleep as soon as I woke up. As if the night hadn't really recharged my batteries. Now I wake up and am ready to tackle the day.

Subject for years to "seasonal depression", I decided to try light therapy to compensate for this lack of winter sun, and I opted for this model in "glasses" format for the practicality of being able to do its morning preparation and not having to stay glued to a light panel.

My Luminettes at the end of 2017, certainly without legal warranty, no longer work (battery no longer takes charge. I went to Lucimed in Villers le Bouillet who offered me a gesture of 50% on a new pair. I find this insufficient. I used my Luminettes 20 times and for a product that claims to be of medical quality I find that it could have replaced them or better replace the battery which would be more ecological! The legal guarantee is something true quality another! Is there a planned obsolescence on this product? I am very disappointed it will have cost me about 5 euros per session without being able to judge the result! now my Luminettes direction Reciparc. It is not a question of a threat but only to share my consumer experience and to give my opinion in relation to a high-end product and which in my personal case does not bring me the levels of use and quality expected compared to expectations a high q product uality.

I recommend with your eyes closed (well, especially open)! I compare the Luminette effect to the electric motor on a bicycle: the hill is mounted with more ease and pleasure! Vincent

I bought the Luminette to help me with the winter blues. I use it every morning when I wake up. What I like about the Luminette is that I can choose the duration of the session (20, 30 or 60 min) according to my availability, and that I can go about my business during the session (no need to stand in front of a lamp on the table). After only a few days of use, I already noticed a positive result: no more depression on gray and rainy days. Over time, I feel less tired and have more energy. I highly recommend the Luminette.

I received the luminette for my birthday about 3 months ago. I was a little skeptical at first but I have to say that I am very, very satisfied.
