DON"T SUBSCRIBE! Over a year ago I canceled my paid subscription. I just discovered they've been billing my CC anyway. So I've lost $129 to them for absolutely no paid services provided. When I approached their support team, I was eventually told they would provide me a credit to use in their software. Really? Oh sorry we stole from you but we'll give you access to our software.

"Unfortunately, I can't offer a refund for charges older than 30 days. I can offer a Lucidchart credit for the amount of the unused time that you can apply towards a new subscription at any time in the future. Please let me know if you are interested in the credit, and I will apply that to your account."

I canceled for a reason. I want my money back. This kind of business practice is what gives subscription services a bad rep. Shame on you.

Worst company EVER! Needed assistance trying to figure out if Lucid was for me and I spoke with Carson the tech sells person and he was so rude and condescending. I decided to go with another company! DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I currently work here. Boy is this an amazing place! Come meet someone at Lucid! Everyone is so charismatic and full of energy with a work ethic of innovating and creating with a higher purpose. Come work for us or give Lucidchart and Lucidpress a try with your life! I couldn t be more proud to work for an organization such as this.

Very difficult time with cancellation, and promise...

Very difficult time with cancellation, and promises of upgrades and software resolutions to assist with our needs that never came. Their LucidPress software was not user friendly, and lacked the integrations that my team needed. The Lucid Chart was worth the initial product trail, but in the end the hype of the product did not match our end result.

They keep billing me even after my cancellation!! I talked to the manager Andrew and once he got my money he wouldn t listen to any of my concerns. It has now been three months and I m still being billed monthly. If you call to cancel make sure you talk to someone more with it. I would not recommend them to anyone.

It's a great software, especially if you work for ...

It's a great software, especially if you work for a business or in the education space. You can do amazing things with their flowcharts and all the other tools. The only reason why I give them a 4 star review is their price. You can get almost everything they do for free if you use Draw.io which is a free flowchart software as powerful as lucid and is free. That is the only thing, besides that is a great software, no question about it.

BUYER BEWARE. Lucid just billed me despite my request to be taken off of auto-renew (10 months ago). I sent that email after being surprised by renewal, which I believe was already canceled.

The card they had on file isn't even active anymore. They somehow charged a credit card that I had never provided to them.

I tried to call their billing department and it just played a message to send them an email.

Do not do business with this company.
