DON"T SUBSCRIBE! Over a year ago I canceled my paid subscription. I just discovered they've been billing my CC anyway. So I've lost $129 to them for absolutely no paid services provided. When I approached their support team, I was eventually told they would provide me a credit to use in their software. Really? Oh sorry we stole from you but we'll give you access to our software.
"Unfortunately, I can't offer a refund for charges older than 30 days. I can offer a Lucidchart credit for the amount of the unused time that you can apply towards a new subscription at any time in the future. Please let me know if you are interested in the credit, and I will apply that to your account."
I canceled for a reason. I want my money back. This kind of business practice is what gives subscription services a bad rep. Shame on you.
