Since Meghan took over my hair (I have been with Lucia's for several years now) my hair has never looked this great. I swear - Lucia's took ten years off my look! They are just that good! Young or Mature - you will love this salon. The solon is always very clean and they follow all the new COVID protocols. The Lucia's team creates an atmosphere that is welcoming, comfortable, trendy and hip. You can't help but leave with a big smile and a new bounce to your step!

Went for a blonde root touch up & trim for the first time here today & Brynn was outstanding! She was the sweetest hair stylist I've ever had (and I've had many) she kept making sure I was comfortable and kept conversation going the entire time. She did the root touch up/toner and we decided to add a few pops of color underneath and I LOVED the results. The salon is very cute and the staff I interacted with were all so sweet and made me feel comfortable there. On top of all of that, the pricing was very fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will be coming back for Brynn forsure!
The staff are all professional and very talented. They do a wonderful job; my only criticism is their upselling of all product all the time. I can handle this, given how great my hair looks when I walk out of the salon. Nice work, ladies!
Was in search for a new salon and stylist but it won t be at this salon. The stylist I was scheduled with was running so behind she was only able to highlight me a junior staff applied my toner and finished my hair with a blow dry. I m fine with a stylist running late I don t mind waiting I understand it happens. What I do mind is the stylist continued to highlight and finish the client who arrived after my appointment while I m bumped to another stylist that I didn t schedule an appointment with. So now I m tipping two stylist for one appointment. The atmosphere is nowhere near a what I expected. It s hot they have fans blowing thank god because the window AC unit wasn t kicking enough cool air when you re baking with foils on your head. Wish my experience would have been better.
Mallory killed it on my hair today. After shopping around at different salons, this place seemed very professional and affordable. I got extensions in for the first time ever! I walked in to the salon with hair that I hated and walked out with hair that made me feel like royalty. Thank you Mallory and all the friendly staff at Lucia's!
I'm new to town and was in search of a new salon. I know when you call a new place and you don't know who to ask for, they put you with junior stylists, but I usually have an OK experience. The color was one tone, very dark, not my best look. The hair dye was applied directly to my head and I had to use face toner to get it off my forehead and ears!! Yes, I'm a 30 something woman who has had her hair dyed so many times, but never had dye all over my head, neck and ears. I was so embarrassed to go out b/c even with the toner it took 3 days to fully wash off my face! I thought about asking for a towel around my face but thought maybe it was a type of dye that wouldn't stain my skin. The cut was very amateur, literally straight across as if she had just graduated beauty school. She sat down while cutting my hair- which I've never seen before. She was super sweet and nice, but, I also let her do my brows. Ugh. I am being generous with 2 stars b/c the stylist was really sweet, just very green all around. She also did a blow dry and it was literally painful- just left the dryer on my scalp too long as she was drying- I think she needs a few more practice runs before they put her with clients.
Been going to this salon for several months now, I get a great hair do from my stylist but I do have one issue-the atmosphere. I was told that Lucia's was undergoing a makeover and there was some cosmetic work being done to the salon. I thought it was odd the second time I went in there, because it looked as if nothing was being done to the salon. It looks like a warehouse and very dirty. It merely looks like a hair salon. If I were the owner, I would just sack up and close for a week and renovate it, quick. It gives the customers anxiety. One goes to a salon to be relaxed and escape from the problems of everyday. This salon and its unwelcoming atmosphere causes the polar opposite. I sincerely hope that the next time I come to this salon, it will look different. I would give this salon 5 stars based on the service, but unfortunately it's just incredibly junky in there. If I come back and the salon is still not finished, I'm going to definitely consider changing salons.
