Luby's Inc. Review

Place isn't what it use to be. Ordered through phone, was told 10-15 minutes. Of course will take longer.. Anyway, get there, after staff walking by and ignoring customers, finally was attended and did not even get all of order even if the ticket was right on their face. Whoever is that short girl walking around tryna act like a manager, at least speed up your effort if the rest of your staff is falling behind. You know looking all over for that gallon of tea for the other customer made you look like you still need training in such a simple job and yet you wiped all of that gunk that was on the tea in front of the customer. Simply walked out without order. Just throw it back under the lamps and serve the rest with overpriced food with little taste. Yes it was the only option close by during my lunch time. Anyway, will not go back. 45 minutes wasted with only a 5 min drive but I at least got to eat a bug that flew into my car

We've been to this location before and today was a total disappointment. I had some Talapia Fish with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans as sides. The fish and mashed potatoes were cold. We got that feel as to when you get what's left and the place is closing. Not going back to this location. The Military Dr and Roosevelt location as of now is always a good pick.

Great Food!!! The staff went by our table regularly to check up on us. The portions were generous. My handicap mom was quickly offered assistance. We will return until time will no longer allow us to.

I have always loved Luby's since I was a kid! It hurts to hear they are closing. I still enjoyed a wonderful meal with my coworkers.

While Luby s on Main is my fave Luby s - Luby s Las Palmas is a close second. I took one star off though because they charge 25 cents for extra tartar sauce and that s just wrong.

Food is good and area clean but social distance from the customer was not kept by them. Lubys tried and did a pretty good job. Just people being people., so irritated.

Our family is so GRATEFUL that this STAPLE of San Antonio is surviving the Covid!! Everything on the menu is DELICIOUS!! Please continue to patronize!!

Fish plates are always delicious! Sides are great and so is the service!
