Bar very nice summer with its terrace. A bit noisy in the winter.

Excellent place to go - healthy and seasonal food, nice waitresses, warm atmosphere ! If you are lucky and it is a sunny weather - lovely terrasse is available with a view of the l Erdre (river). I recommend !

Low selection of art of most of it boring and by people who shouldn't call themselves artists,one of the so called "artists" in this museum is a person who screams into cameras and assaults people

Very friendly and dynamic place on Nantes. Old industrial building type country of the east, an excellent place Deckchairs in Terrace (rare) - very kool atmosphere! We spend a great evening with friends, sounds House / Funk / Disco + Viennese coffee beans of very good quality!

This notice only concerns the bar.

In itself, the place is interesting, the room very large and with a selection of quality music. Ditto for beer choices that are finally quite varied.
The staff is overall very nice.

Unfortunately, despite these good points, our last two nights did not go as planned.

1) Is it normal that a group of twenty people present for 3 hours is being roughly knocked out because their table is suddenly reserved? We are asked the table panel reserved 30 minutes before the hour fate without proposing another table or any explanation. Simply "it will release the table in 30 minutes" ... Not whew.

2) New experience a month later with particularly haughty remonstrances from one of the barman for an unfortunate bottle of soda "outside" (red not to mention the brand) who spent the evening on the table (without being drunk a single time). All because, I quote, "I do not sell", "image question". For a bar that serves vacuum muffins, Grim 'and the 1664, it makes you laugh ...

In short, a nice place but bad experiences that we will probably not come back ...

Le Lieu Unique is the old LU cookie factory transformed into a bar, library, restaurant, exhibition hall and performance hall. Friendly place par excellence where we find people of all ages, all backgrounds, all countries.

Passed political messages on a monument. scandalous, I add 2 stars because the building is still beautiful.

Bar really well placed right on the water with sun lounger, reasonable food prices and impeccable service.

The 2020 exhibition is absolutely captivating. One of the most significant artistic events of the trip to Nantes.

Good meal but slow service (lack of staff). Nice but a bit too noisy (near train tracks)

Modification: second visit. And it's much better. Burger nightingale very good and genuine cake read excellent. Service better and fast enough.

New experience: cold limit meal, waiting 1h15 and half of the meal served (for a daily menu ...). In short not had time to have the desert and coffee but no discount on the bill. In short, to avoid!

Great place! Whether for the atmosphere, the bar, the restaurant! And at really nice prices. We came here to eat on a Saturday night, the meat was very good, the quantities generous and the team just perfect! A very good service and a good mood. I highly recommend.

Nice decor, but it's a shame that the bar closes so early.

A great place and a fresh and tasty cuisine for a group lunch

Quirky art and performance space in a disused biscuit factory a short walk from train station and chateau. Another example of Nantes creativity and imagination.

Historic place. First DIY impression for decoration, at the bar drinks are served in plastic glasses.
The bookstore was closed when we passed but the exhibition hall is very good. We saw the free Giger exhibit.
