Decorate a beautiful place, look modern, like that adjacent to MRT. Convenient transportation.

An interesting business center, FYI center, is located in a potential location on the corner of Rama IV Road, opposite Klong Toey market. Another side of the road is Queen Sirikit Convention Center. Right next to mrt station Very convenient, with many leading companies and other businesses inside.

@Nov 2016 new office space. Just open recently. Traffic is quite bad in the area. Check google map traffic and spare some time.

Easy access via subway. This is a new modern hub for youngs and olds. There are many eateries and shops on ground floor for office/ co-working space staffs. This place is worth checking out.

New building but so far still not comfortable due to less choices of lunch place around there. Also very limited parking slots and complicated driving route in the parking floors.
