Worst experience of my life! After talking to 5 people with no satisfaction, they sent me to Main Office. I said "your the 5th person I am talking to I hope you can help me," she hung up. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Just keep sending you bills, while you are trying to solve the problem!

Ordered 4 items 11/23. One item was on backorder. By Dec 1st no item and LTD promised item would be received Dec 3, No item then promised Dec 11 no item. Contacted them again which was told Fed X lost item, Then told item out of stock? Called to speak with a Supervisor and waited almost 20 minutes to be told my refund would come in 12 days?? Requested phone number and CEO name of LTD. Would not provide phone but did give me an LTD address. Then was told no CEO as they are off shore company per Supervisor Naomi. Searching the internet Michael Hara is listed as President and CEO but been unable to reach him to make him aware that not being forthcoming with customers is not acceptable. I will not order or refer LTD in my future purchases.

They need to hire people for accounting dept. I returned an item, and I am still being charged for it. Called 5 times they promised to fix and within a week I get another invoice AGAIN. Get you act together people.

Do not purchase from this company! My elderly mother purchased items from them and unknowingly signed up for a $14.95 monthly subscription. One of those deals where you have to call to cancel if you don't want them to start billing you monthly. I am sure its in the fine print but do not like dishonest approaches to get people signed up for something they do not need or want. So beware if they ask if you want free freight if you sign up. Its going to cost you more in the long run.

You place your order and you never hear how long it's going to take to ship and receive and its already been over a week and it still hasn't shipped don't sell things if you can't get them shipped out in a couple of days we order stuff because we want it now not a month from now!!!! Get your act together or shut down

Poor customer service. They are not willing to accommodate a customer when their order is incorrect. I sent an email to customer service dept over a month ago with no response. Called back to get issue cleared up and asked to be compensated for the item that was supposed to be sent instead of what they sent me. They said they can't do that without returning the other item, even with considering it was their error, and I tried to correct the very next day after ordering. They told me I have to wait til I receive the wrong item and then send it back and reorder what I really wanted.... very very unacceptable. No accommodations for all the inconvenience. Supervisor said they're not able to make any accommodations. So you better be sure when you're ordering that you have no intentions of returning or exchanging because whether you're satisfied or not this company doesn't believe in customer service... not to mention this was in regards to an item that was $4.99... will never order from them again.

This was my first time ordering and I promise you that it will be my last time. They have rude people working there. One couldn't complete her job description and hung up on me after being very sarcastic and chastising. I had to call twice and a customer should only have to call once. Never again!!!
