They have been late PAST DUE with paying invoices as far as 6 months. You try and work with them and help in any way and still nothing but we will contact you biweekly to follow up. They show no concern for the company they serve in keeping a professional business relationship and adhering to a contractual agreement. When I see a business relationship develop and contractual agreements taken seriously, I will follow up here with the AIR DATE FOR WHEN FRANK INVESTIGATES & THE COMPANY IS AIRED ON NATIONAL NEWS. DIGGING DEEPER....stay tuned for updates.

My mother in law is staying at Complete Care which...

My mother in law is staying at Complete Care which just took over this nursing home. LTC services is handling the Accounts Receivables that are paid to Complete care for services. We have been waiting for a month for the check to clear. Now you might think, oh that could be a good thing but in this case it isn't. If you go over a certain amount of money in your checking account you can easily lose your Medicaid. We have had to start using Cashiers checks so the money comes out of the account right away, otherwise my mother-in-law who doesn't have anything could be forced to leave the nursing home if she loses Medicaid. (This would really hurt seeing how we had to sell the home and give her half to the state). Reply's a long in the waiting.
This just makes you think there is something deeper going on that you don't know about. I wonder how Complete Care is even getting their money, especially as they seem to be buying all the nursing homes in the area.
