Scratched edge with wipes, apparently packer does not pay attention to what he packs. You exchanged one frame but it has arrived without a pallet. The first complaint package broken glass and two subsequent complaint packages - scattered frames.
There should be more thoughtful people who don't care about anyone. Today you refuse to send me a guarantee because it doesn't get dusty and you sell these frames on the website. It's very sad.

I have been ordering a lot of things from the online store recently and I must admit that:
1. They are extremely safe and carefully packed.
2. The order fulfillment is very fast.
3. They have great promotions
4. Great contact with the service / complaint department
5. When it turned out that one of the parts of the ordered set is damaged (it was a porcelain jug + cups) - it was enough to send photos of the damaged products, and a week later I received a courier package with new elements for replacement.
To sum up - I recommend it, because the quality of service and products (despite the fact that they mostly come from China, and probably everything today) are at the highest level.

In 2021, where parcels are returned by a parcel locker or courier that comes online, the process is as in 2000. i.e. print the form and attach it to the package, which should be sent at YOUR OWN COST. Let me add that the order came in a big box of 3/4 of which were cardboard fillers. Sending such a package costs over PLN 40! It was my first and last order from this store.
