I would like to post a complaint about the way in which the part- timers school age students are treated a the Lowes Foods in BURLINGTON NC.
My grandson work there for over a year, hard worker , always worked where and when he was told too. Sometimes, more hours than he was suppose to(by law) He inform them that he was going on a two weeks vacation after, graduating HS. CAME BACK , NO BONUS, NO JOB!!!!!
I am very disappointed, in the casual way all the Lowe s food stores, are handling the Covid 19 pandemic. The disinfecting of the carts, is a joke. Lowe s foods should take a look at how Costco is addressing, this serious situation. I am very upset at the casual way, Lowe s food corporation is dealing with this. The barrier at the cash registers are great for the cashiers. How about the handles on the freezer areas? The deli area? If the person at the front , supposedly, disinfecting carts, even if she is wearing gloves does no good when she continues to touch all the carts with contaminated hands.
Please take a serious look at Costco or contact the N.C. department of health for their recommendations. I will look forward, to seeing changes in our stores.

I attempted to do a money transfer through WesternUnion. The cashier processed the transaction twice, but told me my card was declined both times. My card was charged twice the intended amount and the transfer was canceled. Ten days later I still have not received my money back. Western Union advised me that it would be 24 to 48 hours, that was almost two weeks ago. Every time I have gone to the store the leadership is looking around like they don t know what to do. Obviously, the only thing to do is give me my money back. I feel like I have been robbed. That one star is for Ms. Crosby, the only member of management that appeared to be concerned about resolving their error.

My son apply to one of your stores here in Banner Elk N C ,here in this town middle school and high school solve all the students problem on sending them for almost everything to court ,the one that show assault school employee sound horrible,but was not like that ,he through his phone to the wall and one little PC ricochet a teacher,wich we never saw the teacher which supposedly was injured or any doctor bill was , and the last one ,He was in a car accident which he was a passenger,he give a different name ,He was just scare he didn't do absolutely nothing,and still pending not because of him but because same court keep changing dates , reason I guess they are too busy with with the rest of this town lol any way , If people will bother to check criminal records like they are supposed will be different. My son never stolen from no one ,My son never fight with no one ,He did answer back to few teacher ,and he broke one window ,I feel like I have to explain this because this is a very small town and he was a teen-ager,He finish High school but any way thank you for the opportunity.I know so many people in this town and just few don't have criminal record .
