I wanted to install a solar panel which would help me from my electricity bill & One of my friends from TCI suggested me fortis renewable energy to get rid off from electricity bill. Energy efficiency and conservation is good for both environment and pocketbook too. I was looking for TCI power supply who provides LED bulbs and other appliances which reduces the overall cost and increase the efficiency. Fortis TCI does that. Good company BUT Very bad for communication recently, when big power outage happen,Its a big deception when you call and you can't talk with a HUMAN just a F****** machine, didn'dt do the JOB.
Always losing power, during rain or shine, our power shuts off causing major inconvenience every time we lose power, especially as of recently where power goes off during the late night. Very disappointed with the poor performance, hopefully it can improve sooner as always present themselves as this ' high status/elite' company, but I don't blame them, I too would act this way if my average earnings per customer in the TCI averages $300 dollars from simple use.
