Got a new used phone with cracked screen. iPhone XR and they had it replaced in 30 minutes while I had a beer at wrecking bar on a table by myself away from everyone during Covid times. It s like new again.

I have been coming here since I moved to Atlanta over a year ago. Teon has always been extremely helpful, kind, and generous. I have sold & bought phones and accessories here. The prices are great and service is always exceptional. I would recommend coming here for any and all phone needs!

As an accident prone iPhone user, I needed someone nearby who could repair my phone so I didn't have to go all the way to the Apple Store. PhoneMax is the best! They are quick, courteous, and detail driven. They took the time to answer my questions, and show me the signs of damage I caused to my device. I won't hesitate to go there again.

They do good work here, but I can no longer rely on them to fix my phone when I need it fixed. Last night I left work and rushed over to PhoneMax to arrive 45 minutes before their advertised closing time, but the shop was locked up with nobody inside. This is the second time they have closed early without explanation when I've needed them; they have lost my business.

The worst... Called owner/ Tech "Mr. PhoneMax" to have my cellphone unlocked from carrier. He told me he can do it - Just needed my IMEI to make sure it wasn't blacklisted. Told me he would call back - never heard back. So I stopped by the shop 3 separate days and this guy is never at the shop. He has a guy working there that watches TV all day that is unable to provide any service. Please don't waist you time with this place. Tech is never at the shop, service is poor (no call back). The 3rd and final time I stopped by the store the rep finally gets in touch with tech Mr.PhoneMax and now he says the SYSTEM IS DOWN so he would need to call me back when system is up and running. As you know - Never received a call back. Over it.. This place is very unreliable and there's always a issue or excuse on why the service can't be provided at the that time. Who leaves a person in charge of the store who doesn't know anything about phones or the services. If you want reliable phone tech and quality service check out Tapeworm about 7 minutes down the road. Please don't waist your time with this place.

Something happens to my phone every other day and no matter what this place always fixes it!!!!!! From water damage to idk what is going on he always fixes it!!! Would definitely recommend this place!

I had an awful experience with this particular phone repair shop. I am a manager at the T-mobile directly down the street from this location and I've always referred customers to this business as they do the same for us at this location. For one, they attempted to fix my phone and told me to report back within a half hour and when they weren't able to fix my phone within that time frame they made me come back an hour later. When I returned to finally get the phone they had a non-OEM supposedly apple screen on my phone and they had it in the case. when i went to observe the phone it was damaged where the screen connected to the frame in which there are no "dings" and the phone never got dropped or water damaged. The OWNER, YES OWNER of the shop told me at that time there was nothing more that he could do even though the screen wasn't an apple screen in which he said it would be and it had obvious imperfections in which an apple screen would NOT have had. The owner closed the conversation by telling me I would have to pay for an entire new screen and frame after I JUST spent $130.00 on the screen. As a phone store expert, this is now how you treat customers. Especially those who refer clients to your business. I WOULDN'T even give this business 1 star.

I visited this location on 09/04/2019 - The technician "Dr. PhoneMax" was very professional and finished with my phone in a matter of 10 mins. The service I received was EXCEPTIONALLY OUTSTANDING. Great price too for my repair. (Blacked out screen and it was also cracked).

Expensive, cheap quality screen, home button loose.

Got my iphone6 screen replaced here and was not pleased. The screen is not genuine, poor color, uneven backlight, home button is now wonky.

Took my daughter here 2 months ago they replaced her battery in her iPhone today I had to take her to another iPhone shop to get another battery & they told her the battery was new but not a iPhone battery they Smdh just taking people money don t waste your time or money I wish I could give zero stars

I brought my phone to this shop around June 2017. I had a pretty badly broken screen but besides that my iPhone 5 worked fine. When I spoke with the repair man he looked at my phone and gave me a price which was way more than I have ever paid before (I have used this shop before and paid $60 max) he was charging me around $150. So I said I might just buy a new phone since that is way more than my phone was worth at the time. He manipulated me into using his services, saying it would cost more to get a new phone etc. He then took my phone without having me sign a contract or anything. When I got my phone back, the screen looked great but I wasn't able to make or receive calls or texts. My phone was saying 'No Service's where it usually says 'AT&T' in the top left corner. I went back and forth between him and AT&T trying to figure out what was going on. After AT&T ensured me that it wasn't an issue with my service provider I went back to this store to try to get it fixed. He looked at it, not really seeming to actually know what was wrong and proceeded to tell me I had water damage and he was not liable for the issue I was having. So this man put me out over $150 and then would not even address my issue or try to fix it after he "repaired" it. Of course he wasn't actually legally responsible for causing the issue but I felt very scammed.. after reading other comments I see that a few people have had this experience. Don't go here!!! Go to the place down the street in the green building.

Ok, to start off. I gave one star cause I had to in order to make this complaint. I'm a professional busy black woman and this company is in routine to where I'm headed through the week. Long story short, as I went in there was a lady complaining to a short black guy, that they DID NOT repair her phone correctly. I didn't know what was going on with that so who am I to judge. It seemed like a legit company, however, I had no idea that this is how they do business. I had my phone repaired on May 25, 2016, June 4 2016, my phone was doing the exact same thing as it was before they 'so called' fixed it. I took it back on the June 9, 2016, when there was another lady in front of me engaging in a full blown argument with the same short guy as before (but an entirely different woman) that her phone WAS NOT repaired correctly. She left out the door pissed and screaming. OK, now is my turn, the short guy pretty much told me that I did something to the phone period and he's not gonna fix it. I paid $129 to get the phone fixed. My phone WAS NOT repaired correctly and I will be taking him to court, not only for my money back but for the principle, because I'm a very busy woman and having to go through this. I will the pay extra money to take him to small claims court............... Today is my child's birthday and I was gonna give him this phone as his present (this will be brought up in court as well) Anyway this guy needs to go back to IT school. This is a very incompetent business. I believe he only do women like this. He's afraid to treat any men like this.

Great experience. Called with a wet phone. The guy on the phone suggested I bring it to him or to someone as soon as possible to get the phone opened up. He said he would do a consultation that would take about 15 minutes at no charge. I dropped my phone off and went to grab a bite to eat and when I came back he had it all torn apart and explained everything to me about how he got it working again. THEN said, there is no charge at all unless you want me to complete the repairs. The phone is just like new now.

I have come to phone max twice now after a friend referred me and I cannot be more happy with my service. Customer service and quality are key things I look for in places that I spend money and this place has it.
My screen was fixed with ease the first time but I needed to go back because my screen needed to be pushed in place a bit more and then helped with no issues.
I stopped in today because my screen froze and this place fixed in less than a mins.
I m happy with my service.

Lifetime couldn t repair the button on my iPhone. This place - fixed it in ten minutes and charged half what Lifetime was going to.

repaired apple watch for $150. After one month the glass started to show microfractures which eventually completely cracked. Obviously, this was cheap replacement glass. When i asked for help replacing he refused. Place is a joke .
