Kashauna (not sure if i am spelling that right) a customer service rep was rude and unprofessional along with her dog barking in the background. I called for information on providers in which i always call and the rep will usually help me with any questions that I have and not just send me to the website. How do you think i got your number kashauna? The website. Obviously i am calling for a reason. I hope La Healthcare can get employees there that care and want to help their customers out.

The transportation for this particular company really sucks

Ever since Louisiana Healthcare Connections has partnered with National Imaging Associates for their third party approval process, ALL requests for services are routinely denied by NiA. Calling Louisiana Healthcare Connections does not do any good. They continually pass the blame and responsibility onto NIA while NIA passes the blame onto Louisiana Healthcare Connections. I can no longer, in good conscience, recommend Louisiana Healthcare Connections to anyone.

Great company that puts time, money and effort into the community, its members and providers!! They are always helping members through grants, gift cards and sometimes they have helped homeless members find housing!

They don't pay to get the dexcom g6 sugar machine that i need because i'm not on insulin and there's no way i can come out of pocket for the machine i think they need to pay for cgm machines so nobody has to stick there fingers to test there blood sugar

As a healthcare provider, I am very frustrated with LA Healthcare Connections. They asked me to become at network provider and referred a bunch of patients to me. I accepted them thinking I would get paid for my services, but I haven't been able to get 1 dime out of them. I've had claims pending for over a month that haven't been processed. I've called numerous times and the only thing they will say is that "it's pending" and to "call back in a week.". The call center people are very unprofessional and don't have all the information they need at hand. You will starve to death waiting for this company to pay The worst part is that the patients are the ones who suffer, because I'm not accepting anymore with this type of insurance.

I work for this company. Great leadership, opportunities, morale. Doesn't get any better

Ok so I called the company to check about my daughter's anxiety medicine cause the nurse practitioner told me because of her age she should be on 40 mgs. So instead of calling her doctor I call here. Lady answering the phone was very unprofessional. Told me who the worker was saying she was in the bathroom like really I needed to know that. I felt rushed told me to leave number and she would call back never did. I'd this the way they run a business?? LMBO it was a hot mess. Hopefully by the grace of God somebody would let me know what I can do as a parent. Without all this nonsense mess.

SCAM ! OUT-OF-STATE callers trying to get your info even if you've never heard of this "company" before (as we had NOT) ! Reported to FTC, obviously another of old Jindal's out-of-state kickback deals that only cost La. people money paid to OUTSIDE abusers since he laid off so many in-state healthcare workers. This waste is hitting people in the state with FAKE msgs giving supposed "details" of "someone's" medical info as if any of this is legal or honest !

It was like Christmas in November when I got the letter saying I have been accepted for Medicaid and Louisiana health connection!! I was so happy!! I have already been to the dentist and am going to the eye doctor on Wednesday!! Thank you for finally getting this expanded program for under privileged citizens and our loved ones!! I applaud you and Governor Edwards!!
