Kashauna (not sure if i am spelling that right) a customer service rep was rude and unprofessional along with her dog barking in the background. I called for information on providers in which i always call and the rep will usually help me with any questions that I have and not just send me to the website. How do you think i got your number kashauna? The website. Obviously i am calling for a reason. I hope La Healthcare can get employees there that care and want to help their customers out.
