I've heard good things about Louisburg Ford and after buying a Ford from another dealership called the parts department in Louisburg. Unfortunately my experience was not great. The parts person (I think his name was Rob) acted like I am an idiot, did not listen to what I was explaining and was just plain rude. Often times it is not what is being said that is perceived badly, but how it is being said. He obviously did not know this.
I had a good experience talking to Brandon from the service department, but unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They always seem to know their customers and provide honest suggestions on car repairs, tires, etc. I've worked closely with both Corey and Jesse, and they are both very knowledgeable and personable.

The end result was good, but it took a great deal of effort to get to this point. We had to make several trips (3 hours round trip) to make this happen, but we ended up with a great truck. Our final salesperson, Lous Matos, did a great job communicating with us and trying to earn our business, but the first two we dealt with never called us back after meeting one in person and another we visited with on the phone. Again, our initial experiences were not good, but our five star rating is based on the final sale and experience.

Without question the best new vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had! Attentive and thoughtful staff and impeccable communication throughout the entire process, would definitely recommend Louisburg Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Bob Wright was hesitant to approach me on the lot (as they do not go there unless asked). He took me seriously though driving a rickety minivan full of tools and within 3 minutes I was looking at a vehicle that served my purpose and in my price range. No more. The next day I was driving it off lot...... after he tried to sell my boys the Ford GT in the show room. Thanks a lot Bob.

Bought my first vehicle from Louisburg Ford in 2013. Their prices got my attention - several thousand less that what I could buy in Wichita. I just bought an F150, and again the price was great but working with them made my wife and I feel comfortable. We never felt like we were being sold to but more like friends doing business. Highly recommend them when you are looking to buy.

I got tired of the big car dealers and their attitude. Looked around for another dealer and found this place in Louisburg KS. Its about a 45 minute drive, but they treat you like a friend and have no haggle $50 over invoice pricing on vehicles. Just ordered my 5th vehicle from them. Enough said.

No hassle, easy going, and friendly people to work with.

We bought several cars from Louisburg Ford. We have not had any problems with the cars they've been great and trucks. We always have them service there. The main problem we've had is when we take it in for service. The car's been done for 30 minutes sometimes up to an hour and a half before they ever let us know the cars done. and sometimes we've seen it sitting and went and asked and they say they just got busy and forgot about it. We live over an hour away so we just can't take it and drop it off. That's something they really need to work on

In the past 5 years, we have bought 4 vehicles from Louisburg Ford within our immediate family. There are many reasons we are repeat customers. They really go the extra mile to not only make sure you're getting the best deal, but that you are getting into a vehicle that will fit your needs and budget. Brian and Bob were both amazing when helping us navigate purchasing each of our vehicles. No one could beat their prices and service. I especially appreciate that after the sale he explained things to me about the truck that most sales people wouldn't even bother. I am recommending Louisburg Ford and especially Dave to everyone I know that is looking at new Ford vehicles. As a point of reference I have a Ford dealership in my town who I bought from previously and I will always buy from Louisburg in the future. I am even driving there for any maintenance because the overall experience is so much nicer than the issues you usually deal with at most dealerships like "Let me ask the General Manager" and then the normal finance issues with someone completely different than who you actually spoke to about the sale. At Louisburg Ford my sales person, Dave, did everything and answered all of my questions. First class operation!!!!

We recently used Louisburg Ford to buy a new Expedition. We had a Ford Explorer previously and after that was totaled in an accident we did not question as to what manufacturer we were going to trust to haul us and our kiddos around. The accident was a bad one and the Explorer held up like a tank! For the purchase, we worked with Mike McKinney through the dealership. It could not have been an easier process from start to finish. At no point did we ever feel pressured to buy the car or feel as though any sort of charge was being added to the purchase for no reason (which I've felt in the past with other dealerships). Buying a new car is a process that I dread over any other in life and my experience with Mike leaves me a little less fretful for next go around. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt we were taken car of, had our questions answered, and that we felt welcomed to come back if anything would ever come up after we drove it home.

Jeff Graham was the person I dealt with at Louisburg Ford. I traded a 2017 Expedition King Ranch for a 2019 Expedition Platinum edition with low miles and purchased a new 2021 F250 Lariat with a trade in on my 2014 F150 Platinum edition the same day. I have purchased several vehicles in the past, and usually the experience is nothing short of painful, wasting a full day of back and forth on what you want. Could not ask for more in a dealership nor in Ford financing they really came through together as a team to insure I received the beast deal !

Initially I was impressed with this dealership. However couple days after I drove the car away I discovered the brakes were metal on metal and undriveable. They were unwilling to help with any repairs. Beware if you are planning to buy used car at this dealership as there will not be in service after the sale.

A little far out but they do good work. They treat you well, the staff is friendly and helpful. There is usually little or no wait.

This is absolutely the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. I went in simply to test drive a new 2021 F-150 and drove home with it within 2 hours. All paperwork, truck service, etc was completed within the 2 hours. My Sales person was the only person I had to work with. He was also the person handling all the paperwork. Oh yeah - I got a great deal also.
