My Grandaughter is having swimming lessons here which began at 6 months. A month on and she is loving it. Usually one to one but sometimes one or two more but brilliant attention and care from the instructor.
Great facilities and cheap, even for non-members. Booking swimming times isn't easy but that's understandable.

Lovely air conditioned gym recently revamped, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There is also a shallow pool for infants.

I love the gym and the swimming pool... Friendly staff... Clean place... We are regular clients... Disappointed as wrist bands have been introduced for sauna and steam bath, and even you're a member sometimes still need to wait to collect your wrist band so you can use this facilities... Waste of paper ...
Reception staff could be better, not able to help me with membership not bothered
Big pool, small pool, classes, equipment, sauna, steam room. Decent facilities, not the cleanest, lots of broken lockers in pool area. Fair prices.

Disgusting place. Girls at membership are so rude and ignorant. Changing rooms are filthy... piss on the floor and bloody tissues, i do not recommend this place.
Theres one lifeguard that should be sacked, small with dark hair he perved on my daughter and made her feel very uncomfortable, very unprofessional. Staff are useless, don t even know what they are doing, not my cup of tea...... i am never going back to this place.
I had a session there with Ross yesterday in the gym. He is very assertive and keeps me on my toes. He is very encouraging and with all the new apparatus installed I can't go wrong. Went swimming afterwards and they had aquabobics going on with lots of people dancing away enjoying themselves.
Always friendly helpful staff, sometimes seems understaffed but altogether a great local facility
Pool times need to be re-thought out. Cant go into the steam and sauna a lot of the time in the week and on Saturday, feel like I'm wasting money if this isn't changed soon I will leave I think
Keeps me and my family fit. Swimming sessions for babies are the best.
I do TRY and swim here 3 times a week but in the winter it is a struggle to get off the sofa after a long shift at work. I never regret it when I do put the effort in as I also finish off with a relaxing steam room and sauna.
I sincerely think that this leisure centre is too good for the price they are charging... its clean, spacious, and friendly staff that makes it all really an enjoyable experience. Our favourite activity there is swimming..very affordable and a lot of suitable slots during the week.
The staff specially at the reception are very hostile, unhelpful, rude and intimidating.
They only apply rules at their discretion for their favourite members. We also smell racism in their behaviour.
We enjoyed a lovely swim despite all the redeveloping. It will look fantastic when it's finished.
Cannot cope with number of members it has. To difficult to book for classes, and if booked for classes using equipment eg spinning bikes not enough to go round and quite often they are not working properly. Swimming pool only open at inconvenient hours for those who work.
It was really fun and it is for all ages as there is a deep end at about 1.9metres and a shallow end at about 0.4 metres. The shallow is not exact but I went there the other day and it was great fun. Your kids would it enjoy it allot! There is a viewing centre for adults so no supervision needed if you don't want to. I got 510 views on my last review so thanks!
We had first swimming lessons after the lockdown. Inside was overcrowded. We could not find the free changing room because all were occupied. Before lockdown we had a swimming lessons but it wasn't so bad like now. It is too much people inside at the same time. That's happening because all people allowed to go inside at the same time.
I fought that these roles is it to reduce people inside but it makes worse. Am I wrong?

Excellent facility including gym, 2 swimming pools, sauna, steam room and cafeteria. Overall feeling is that it was better under the Everyone Active's management, yet the new scheme needs time to prove itself. Still, I wouldn't change it for another place.
