Aggressive people driving no respect from their employees

A Loue Froid truck driver damaged my parked car the other day - It was a hit & run. All pictures of my damaged car and their truck match perfectly. Even my insurance company agrees but the driver denies it ; even worse, Loue Froid management takes no responsibility either. Now more than one week's salary for me to pay for damages caused by a Loue Froid driver. So beware as not ethical and dishonest.

Very disappointed in the past, I was completely satisfied and I would have eagerly recommended your company, but this year I am not satisfied. Your technicians came three times to install

an air conditioner the first did not cool at all the second had more friyon and too big for my window and the third was a 12,000 BTU than I could not accept because of the too strong power
So I contacted you and the person on the phone said we will reimburse you
because we have more than 8,000 BTUs

I had it installed on May 13, 2020 and it is today July 6, 2020 and I still have not had my refund and when I call the receptionist find it funny and she can not give me any information

Hello, this is the second year that I have done business with Loue Froid and it is the second perfect year. They respect the pre-established schedule, they install the air conditioner smoothly and efficiently, I could not ask for better. I highly recommend this company. 5 stars deserved.

Very disappointed so far, I am still waiting for my air conditioning ... your guy came on June 25 at the end of the day, he was exhausted but installed the air conditioning anyway and with misery. All this to realize that he had forgotten to prevent the bugs from entering the exterior window and unable to stabilize the air conditioning. He removed everything and left with me telling me that on the 26th another installer would come. Well I lost a day waiting for no news ...

Customer for 10 years, no return call, leaves several messages. No respect for their customers. But they offer air conditioning services at the CHSLD, and they have time to take care of it.
