To be honest they should start a cafe also because shopping here takes a lot of time as everything is available under one roof and when you shop too much you need a refreshment. Personally loved a salesman at Indore store, Siddharth, very talkative and sweet boy.

Prices Not As Good As Exclusive Showrooms .If you are considering buying a laptop or a smartphone ,I recommend you to buy from a exclusive showroom or any other retailer in that way you will get it for a better price .

I have purchased a whirlpool washing machine and they give me 4 years warranty with additional charges .
Now when I complaint first time for service service of machine no body is coming for check this and also demanding 600/- visit charge , what is the meaning of warranty here , please don't purchase additional warranty from lotus of any product .

(Highly Dissatisfied) I called Lotus Electronics (Sapna Sangeeta) to inquire about a new HP laptop. That person on call keeps on repeating "Please, visit store, we can't give you details on call". Do you want me to cover all the way from my hometown to Indore just to check whether the HP model that I want is available in your store or not?? And that too in this COVID-19 situation. Were you guys kidding me?(That person on call not answered to even one question, saying we are not allowed).

I still agree with Sanju Bhatnagar's one year old review, lotus service is not satisfactory. After purchase they forget you. I have purchased lot many things from lotus in last many years. Of course more & more products are available here so we have no choice then purchase from here. Every next purchase I made here thinking that they might have improved but every time I found their service poorer then earlier. Due to enough items available here & it is nearby to my home I had no other option then to purchase from here, but I will not suggest people to bye from here & in future I will also avoid this store.
