Very disappointing!!!! Never expected such a bad experience. Our fridge has stopped working and we asked them to help us !! They assured us they'll see to it but no response till now !! It's been 1 and a half month and still they didn't send anyone. Nobody's answering the call!! And this is a shame!!!

If you try to contact them they will pick up your call but they will not answer it.

Assistants are good but some time not able to understand our query's. for any servicing of any electronic equipment u have to go on 2nd floor .

It's good to buy tv and other electronic items but sometime it cost more then other stores so make sure to visit other shops as well but overall experience was good and services are also good.

Great place to see and try all types of electronics under the same roof. But don't buy from here. They have inflated prices, you can buy the same product at a cheaper price from the local Indore market. Also their offers and sales are not of any use and they cheat the customers somehow.
