Really a good place for the purchase of electronic items satisfied with this..

They will only give you products they can make more profit on.. They will not keep good products basically they will sell what company can't. There is no choice and when you buy you will find better product of same brand with same price. Pathetic!

SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR WAS DELIVERED TO US AFTER PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE. The fridge is very old and dirty and not well kept. It was not even cleaned and delivered to us. It has a big dent and all the buttons loose. I immediately reported it on their WhatsApp with the images and they Said they will process a replacement, for which I neither received a phone call or a text or any email. Now no one is picking up the phones or replying to any texts.

Earlier it was good and having the fare rate, but now it does not keeping itself competitive with Online purchasing, almost every electronic item is cheaper in Online shopping,

This a great place for electronic love. It offers varities of products like television, refrigerator, microwave and all major electrical appliances of daily needs. My visit was quite good as the day and time I visit their was a last day for dhamaal sale offer.I grab a front loading washing machine at a good discount rate. The services and delivery from lotus people's is quite good I say. Good place for electrical appliances.

They are advertising about online order and delivery but I am trying from last 3-4 days and their employees don't care about business..

In the Times of Online Shopping, It has become tough for Electronics showrooms to manage, Same is the Problem with Lotus.
Few things:
Each Product in this showroom is Overpriced by 15 % compared to other retailers & overpriced by 30% if compared to Online Price.
If you go there to See Products, Their Salesman will do everything to make you buy that Product. They will convince, cry, beg, get angry but will not let you leave without buying. I felt like Hostage as they were not letting me go without buying.
They WILL NOT inform you about Model Number & other details of Products so that You don't enquire for it's price in other shops & Online.
Very Bad Experience, Salesman gets rude if you don't buy or compare the product with online prices.
They will try their Best to Sell Outdated, Old , 2-3 Years Old Products at Very High Price. They will mislead you to any extent.
So Beware!

They make you fool smartly...
They can sold cheaper electronic device at high prices... i purchase HP leptop and samsung from LOTUS but i am having bitter experiences.. AC not installed for 10 days and when it get install an error is occur so that i have to send the unit to store again for restoration.. And on the other hand my HP leptop stops working from the 7th day of purchase.. it is at service centre since 2 months they are unable to resolve the issue..

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LOTUS...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!! DESERVES ZERO STAR.

Bought a laptop from Lotus sapna sangeeta today. They behaved very well till the time we made payment. Just after the payment their behavior changed. They charged extra 150rs for the delivery of laptop even though we asked to give the laptop then and there to us.

After delivering the laptop home that they did not send anyone for the demo or to do the initial set up. And kept asking us to pay more for the initial set up. Now we are not sure whether to open the laptop or not. In case if the piece turns out to be faulty then who will be responsible ??????? And forced us to reach out to another vendor and pay more money to them.

We tried calling lotus to talk to them but they simply ignored us since they have got their money and now they are least bothered about their customers. Super bad services.
