At anytime number of staff is more than number of customers

Probably the worst at service in the town. I bought a refrigerator , no one came for the installation and the demo till 8 days. And if you call them , no one recieves call and the employees doesnot even care if costumer tells them for the problems . Also there were problems with delivery . Never going to buy anything from there .

Nice store but prices are usually more as compared to online options you will get the same thing in best deal possible on online stores

I had booked a voltas Air cooler on 3rd April but on 4th received a damaged /demo piece with lot of scratches.I am receiving onmly assurances of replacement for past 3 days . This is troublesome as we are suffering in this summer despite paying full money and it is not good trade practice.

Very limited brands and models are available for water purifier, chimney, ceiling fans. Being a renowned showroom, Lotus needs to upgrade their stock with wide range of products and brands. Received a pen drive as gift with laptop, which was confirmed fake by the kingston service centre. Never expected this from Lotus.

It's a electronic shop you can buy mostly all type of electrical thing but price are high. They also accept bajaj finance scheme. Very good staff and trained. I have purchased Acer laptop from here and quality was good.

I went to purchase air condition, lots of pieces sold and not available. They not giving time when it will be available... Poor management.

horrible experience..the employee cares about earning incentive and the company is least bothered about the order completion and installation....Mr.Lucky was the sles person who gave half information and not infor about stand charges..just told 500/- for installation..very bad

Nice place to get all the electronic items.... But very poor service at finance. People outside Indore can't get finance easily, or sometimes finance companies decline to give finance. Can't understand if a middle class person is staying outside of indore & need something but he can't get finance so how is he gonna purchase things.
