Los Gatos Brewing Company Review

Sadly food and service have really gone downhill here. Last night we had chicken that came cold in the middle. We were offered a replacement, but after getting cold chicken, we turned it down. The bill came and the chicken was still on it. The waitress was surly when we pointed out the mistake. She came back with the proper bill and never once did we get an apology, not for the food or the mistaken bill. In addition, it seems every item isn't what it seems. Even the kids pizza has spicy sauce, which isn't ideal for children ... A problem given this is on the children's menu.

Still a good place to grab a drink....but don't come hungry.
Food used to be plentiful....not so much anymore.
Ordered a meat plate that was supposedly for 3 to 4 people to share and turned out to be not more than an appetizer for one....an EXPENSIVE appetizer for one!
Prizes went up....sizes went down
Quality is still there but not a place anymore where I'd say can't wait to go back

5 star service, food and drinks in a great restaurant. We tried the beer samples - 8 smaller glasses of each product to help you choose, followed by great main and dessert. Loved the informal atmosphere. Thank you to our server Erin.

Love the beer. Also the wings with Youk's buffalo sauce!! Best IPA craft brew in Los Gatos.

What a gem, the food was amazing and the staff is great.

I wanted surprise my mom with a great beer. She loves to drink sours and this place had a excellent beers. We were happy we find this place on Los Gatos Ca.

So here's the thing - I don't drink, though I hear they have good selections. But the food and service is great, and it's a nice place to take friends.

nice place where you can sit and enjoy your daily coffee. Their simple breakfast menu is my Sunday morning starter with cup of coffee.

Great local brewery for chilling but sometimes slow but still friendly/helpful service

Always delicious food. Artichoke appetizer was delicious, burger huge and tasty and the beer flight had several I'd buy separately given the chance. Also got a salad and it was top notch too. Chinese chicken, I think... Will be back!

Good beer but a limited selection of their beers. They do have a full bar for your non-beer drinking friends.

I might have tried a lot of different things in my one visit to Loma Brewing. Among the list of cuisine I sampled were the Fried Brussels Sprouts, The Buffalo Chicken Flatbread, The Burger, and the BBQ Tri-Tip Sandwich. I enjoyed all of them. The Buffalo Chicken Flatbread was my favorite though! The decor and atmosphere was well done here as well. It was a comfortable place that we enjoyed hanging out at. Good find!

Fun beer options, creative breakfast foods! Try the Horchata French Toast (can't remember the actual name) and the Korean tacos!

Big and airy bar and dining room. Had a tasty burger washed down with a couple of their draft beers. Friendly service from the young and energetic lady. Overall a good place to stop by to get a drink or two.

I've been here a few times, and while it can get pretty busy, the beer, food and service are great. It's a little pricy for a brew pub, but it's in Los Gatos so get over it.

The beer is a decent variety of brews and not bad for local. Mixed drinks are very good and fun, and the wine menu is great as well. The food is fantastic - do yourself a favor and get a pretzel while you're there because you absolutely won't regret it. Overall it's worth going back, and I haven't had any bad experiences!

My fried chicken sandwich was terrible. The meat was tough and over breaded.

We stopped in here for the first time since it opened and we're pleasantly surprised! Hip decor, great IPA, and the burger was fantastic. Our kids were welcomed with a kids menu and crayons. We will be back!

Great atmosphere and service. The beers are good but a step below the craft brews coming out of northern California. The wagyu burger baller style is the perfect for the burger lover. Next time I'm in Los Gatos, I would stop in.

Good beer, very fun and pretty bartenders. Food changes quarterly but is better than just bar fair. Full bar!

LOMA is the place to go. So much thought and detail went into all aspects of the brewery. The service is great and the food is fantastic. The beer speaks for itself, really good. We appreciate having a place like this to go!

Amazing beer and the first time this Brit tasted a sour! I'm now a big fan.

I ordered an iced coffee for $3.50, it was pretty good. There is a lot of tae space and seating, and it was not busy when I came. The decor is very cute and rustic. My only problem with this place is that it is pretty dark inside due to the stained glass windows.

Decent local brewery. Solid beers across the board, great food options and super friendly service. Works for a quick drink, a lunch or a nice family meal.

The food was weird and not good. Also they served my son spaghetti off the kids menu and it was really spicy, even trying it as an adult.

Too crowded for some marginal beer, nothing blew me away. Seems silly to have seating here when most just want to grab a pint.

Delicious and great atmosphere. Took home a couple crowlers to enjoy the brewery made beers at home.

Very good Food along with thier excellent Micro Brew Beer. Enjoyed the atmosphere here and there is plenty of room to sit. The staff is very friendly and attentive and we really enjoyed the experience here. Will be coming back with family or friends to this excellent Brewery Again.

Service was great. Now I know that Mezcal Vida is not my drink. They replaced my drink and didn't charge me. I will be back.

Great atmosphere. Stopped in with my wife to grab a few drinks before heading to Campo di Bocce for my brother's wedding rehearsal dinner. The kids had a blast playing outside in the family-friendly game area.

Excellent craft brews, food is great too. A must "go to" when in the area.

Very cool spot. We tried the pork belly nachos and they did not disappoint. Very chill place with lots of space. Great beers on tap and full bar if you re feeling something stronger.

I would give this a hard pass. The hostess was rude and didn't bring a kids menu. Our server was very distracted and talking to other servers and forgot to put in our son's meal. All the food landed and they had to do a pizza on the fly. Instead of dropping by and saying sorry for forgetting his pizza she came by said it was on the way without apology. I know she heard us order it because she had to go grab the kids menu for us and it was the first thing I ordered. The food for the price was 3 stars and for a brewery IPA was not good.

Decent beer, but spotty service. One of the higher priced breweries in the Bay Area though. Many other breweries have better beers for less money.

This is a review of the Loma Brewing Company Coffeeshop. Their coffee is exceptional, ten times better than anything else around. Hat off.

Visited for lunch on 10/25/17. Had burger and fries. Should have gone to Denny's. Had 2 different beers. Should have gone to any other brewery in San Jose. Would only go back at gun point.

Very good atmosphere, open spaces and plenty of places to sit. Will be coming back.

Large clean place with very helpful wait staff and Bar tenders. Very good food at reasonable prices. Loved the visit that's not far from a large 2 level parking lot. It's a lot better than l once believed.

Really nice brew pub owned by Ex-MLB player and World Series Champion, Kevin Youkilis. Picked up Youk's Kolsch which is very good! Will for sure go out of my way to get back here soon!

You know when you go to a restaurant and have a great experience. Tell your friends and family, to try it out. You keep going back and it slowly degrades..

This place has not done it after a handful of visits. Different crowds, time of day, seating, ordering. It has been very good.

Food and beer is just okay. Somewhat overpriced - $15 for a flatbread with sparse veggie toppings or a burger and fries. The place is loud and service could be faster. Brunch is better than the regular menu.
