I really like the location. The room was okay. The club lounge was okay and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. The staff members are very good and super friendly. I enjoyed my stay here with my workmates. This hotel is worth paying for. Thank you so much for the staff who helped us throughout the day.
Great hotel very near LAX. Unlike many other hotels this Hilton still has an executive lounge for light dinners and quick breakfasts. They also have a fantastic gym open 24/7. I always try to stay at the LAX Hilton when I have an early flight.

Our first room was a great size but the AC was not working so we had to change rooms. They were very accommodating. It was a busy place, and they charge $35 for parking :/
Although renovations were being done here, I was satisfied with the hotel. I spent a lot of time touring the Los Angeles County, but I glad that I chose to stay at the Hilton. Quality service!

Nice hotel, stayed for a work trip. The gym was very nice, one of the biggest and more modern ones I've been in at a Hilton property. The ride from the airport was easy. It was quite busy in there which wasn't a big deal. Having hotel shuttles around the clock made it easy to get to my flight out. The bartenders were helpful, only critique is the bar was open early enough to watch the football game start.
Very friendly and helpful staff, luxurious rooms and suites, banquet halls are clean and we'll maintained. I havebeen here several times and it has always been an exceptional experience. I recommend them highly!
Rooms are quite small, specially the bathroom! The lobby couches are broken and scratches our cloth! Upgrade must be done! Parking is also quite expensive!
The hotel wasn t very good. The parking garage was disgusting and in very bad shape. The hotel also needed a renovation for the rooms and the only thing good was the employees and front desk. I don t recommend it.
This place was a great find per our hotel club. I scored this unit on Labor Day weekend for just $225 out the door. Do keep in mind there is a high parking rate, but that is with all hotels in the city really.

Second stay at this property and all extras are extra. No microwave in my room either stay. Pay approximately 40.00 for parking. No included meals. 2 onsight restaurants, bistro for salads, sandwiches and pizzas or the full, extremely pricey dining room, plus the on site bar. Very convenient to LAX if you need to catch the on site shuttle. If you decide to wander on foot, not the greatest neighborhood.
Beautiful hotel that has outdated rooms. My room was dusty and even though the floor I was on was quiet, the room could use some renovating. Missing smoke detector ( ) peeling wallpaper, stained carpet. For the price I was charged, I was disappointed. Front desk staff was nice and made the one-day stay tolerable.
A great venue with lots of space. Great for corporate conferences and social receptions. A truly fantastic and friendly staff, who go the extra mile. Very willing to help make your event and experience a wonderful one. Highly recommended.
Wow... Getting a little "old". Lobby is super nice, rooms a bit dated. D Key worked well. Shuttle from airport was a bit delayed (40) mins. Shuttle to airport was awesome. So kinda hit or miss. Just fine for an overnight, however probably not the best for longer term stays.

Shuttle runs 24/7. Getting picked up is just a few minutes away. Facility is pristine. The staff are superb. Smiles everywhere. They take the time to help. I stay here every time a land in L.A. Great Hilton.
Wonderful experience except house cleaning cleaned my room while I was gone and removed quite a few personal items upon my return. The staff throughout the hotel were all extremely helpful. The view is from the 12th floor.

Overall look of the place is beautiful but difficult to navigate due to decorations and style. The room and bathroom fit our needs but was very small. I did not feel it was worth the price. I think they spend more money on the outward appearance than they do inside the rooms where you actually stay. The food in the bar was delicious but very spendy. Marriott has better prices in their restaurant for good just as delicious.
Had an amazing 10 day stay at Hilton Los Angeles Airport. Our 2 bedroomed apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed.
Over all the hotel give a comfortable room, spacious, lots of adds on for personal use. Shattle services to and from terminal kind drivers (high steps impossible to carry the suitcase) . Lobby nice and welcoming. Restaurant fee and menu the down side. The price is high and the food not so high.
The new elevators are a bit confusing, but overall the meeting space was nice. The food in the cafe downstairs was good and the lobby was nice and clean. The parking was pretty expensive, but they give a discount to those staying the night.
Room are kinda old, and Air conditioning is very loud and noisy.

Gosh! This hotel was the best! It has a beautiful view of the pool that was surrounded by plants and small trees. I mean, it was perfect! That part was the best that I visited here. Also, the room that I am staying in was clean, cold air conditioning, and well-arranged. I have nothing to say because everything here was perfect. Thank you! I will keep coming back for more!

Friendly valet and frontdesk staff. $34 to self park your car or $45 for valet. I had to valet because my rental car (Chevy Suburban) was too tall for the garage.
It's like a maze to find your room, ice machine or vending machine. No clearly marked signs in the halls. I had to ask other guests who were wandering around the halls where the machines were.
The room doesn't have many outlets to charge your electronics. No room refrigerator either. The bathroom is SMALL. The TV's screen was dim, and there's no way to adjust it. Wifi is free if you join their rewards program.
Good hotel and it is near the Airport. Quite difficult to find food around that area beside Denny's n burgers store next to the Hotel. Rooms were good n quite large.
I was actually quite pleasantly surprised by this Hilton. Normally, I am not a fan of this chain as I tend to see it as n overpriced Holiday Inn type hotel. This was not the case. In fact, the lobby area was quite posh. The staff were exceptional. The room was spacious. All in all, quite a nice place.
The Hilton I've been trying my hardest to get a job there, I worked one year in the kitchen and loved it. The stay is wonderful would stay again if I could afford it. But I suggest that you try it at least once. You'll love it. I bet my word on it.....
Very convenient to LAX, good restaurant, shuttle to and from LAX nice, but sometimes a long wait for pickup from LAX. Rooms are nice, but expect a noisy night and morning with flights taking off and landing.
I stayed here on 2 separate occasions while I was visiting Los Angeles and had a good experience both times. The staff was helpful, rooms comfortable and overall layout of the hotel nice.
My flight was delayed for 22h. So I had a free night in this hotel. The reception looks nice, the hotel is massive.
But from my point of view the room doesn't worth 4 stars.. It's huge there is like everything but I don't see any difference compare to a 2.5 - 3 star.
And on the top of that, as I didn't book the room but myself, I don't have access to the internet from my room ..
If you want to party with millennials then it's great, otherwise stay out of here
It's an airport - definitely not the nicest or cleanest I have ever traveled through - and I have traveled through several. The food offerings aren't very good and the airport has a dingy, dirty feel to it.

Nice hotel, near the airport. Recommend getting a room on the 3rd floor. They have access to courtyards and the pool through a sliding door to the courtyards.
Great hotel, as it should be for their rates. I don t recommend being a Hilton honors member or owners. Bad deal and higher prices for their members on the portal. My family did not make a good choice buying into the discount club. They actually show members higher prices than google shows the public. And the portal is from the 1990s.

Super beds, and as a HH member, the digital check in and key works really well. I like the pool and fitness center too. My only minor complaint is the shower. It has the best water pressure I have ever experienced in a hotel which is great. But what's the good of super water pressure when the drain is slow? I had to keep stopping the water to let it drain, which is a pain. But overall, that is a minor annoyance and the hotel is definitely worth a visit.
This hotel is great with large rooms and comfortable beds. The floor I was on seemed to have more unoccupied rooms but seemed to be fairly loud late in the evening. Not sure how to remedy that but if you are a light sleeper with an early morning flight, it could be a bit of an issue. Not enough to stay elsewhere however!
Service and staff are nice. Executive lounge could be better. Small continental service...oatmeal but no real options for toppings just cinnamon, jams, and cranberries.....no nuts, raisins, etc. Coffee? Horrible.

It's definitely one of the better parking facilities in the area. The self parking was challenging since the parking structure was full. But when I drove to the valet parking area to report the problem, they did a complementary upgrade and the problem was solved. Next time I will spend the extra money for valet parking because parking close to LAX is a mess and peace of mind before take off is worth it. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is good. The drivers are friendly and take good care of you. I would give five stars for valet parking.
Stayed at Hilton LAX for 5 nights from Nov 26 to Dec 1.
1. The hotel rents its parking to outside cars, so for all of my 5 nights stay, I had to park at the lowest level (level 6) after spinning for 5 minutes to find a parking place (they rent to earn money) 2. They charged me 40$ per night for parking, a total of 209$ for 5 nights, that's insane.
3. During my 5 night stay, they never changed my bed/pillow cover sheets. I called the receptionist and she told me that they should be changed every other day, but they never changed it. This is ridiculous, they want to save more money even by not washing the sheets. Then what's the point of going to a 4-start hotel? 5. They charged me 1$ for hot water!!! 6. The location is close to the airport so expect take off and landing noise every 5 minutes.
The bottom line is, they have shrinked their service to zero to make as much money as possible.

Stayed overnight for a early flight to Hawaii. Comfy rooms and the extended parking for our 2 week trip was AWESOME. Safely kept our SUV for us. Will stay again.
It served its purpose of a short overnight before a flight out in the morning. The parking garage is a nightmare, and it took forever to get a spot late on a Saturday night. The front desk was crowded, and there were a lot of people trying to pay their parking at the HHonors desk, which caused our check-in to take longer than I would have liked after circling the crowded garage for far too long. The room was adequate, but could use a deep clean and some updating. I m fairly loyal to Hilton, but this particular location left much to be desired.
I overall the hotel was very nice. I had to switch rooms 3 times for different problems which one of them had no AC and the other one have the vent rattle to loud to ignore.
Highlights
The hotel bartender is the MVP. He always treats you like a Hilton Diamond member even if you are not.
The room service ladies are always so nice and humble and always ensure you have what you need. I believe the should get a raise to to the great work they get.
Valet was worth the money and always had the vehicle ready within 5 minutes.
Conclusion:
Over the experience was nice but the rooms seem to be dated and have multiple problems probably due to the tragic that comes through the hotel.
Came here for a convention. This place is beautiful and the employees are great. Everyone was super friendly. There are bathrooms everywhere and they are clean. Downside internet is only free for guests and phone service was spotty in certain areas of the hotel. Parking can fill fast and is a bit pricey, though since its at the airport it maybe understandable. Will definitely be back for the next convention here!

Going to keep it simple, place was clean, worth the price and for those that don't know, there is $30 parking fee(: we booked through an agency and it didn't mention the fee.
Arrived 10PM and stood in line for over an hour. Over 30 people in line in front of us. As we arrived at the counter, our room was not available due to water issues. Besides being tired and just wanting to sleep, the "free wifi" is only in the lobby. (Not available in the rooms unless you have previously downloaded the Hilton App.) Had to come downstairs to the noisy lobby. Always heard good things about the Hilton, however my first experience most likely will be my last.

It was a descent hotel but rooms are not what I feel they should be. I have stayed at many lesser hotels within the chain that excelled above these. They are just close to the airport.
Vallet parking was insanely expensive, $47 per day, even the vallet guys were not encouraging to self park, there is a spot right next to hotel where you can park for 20$ per night

Clean, quiet, great food. Wonderful for large group meetings. Very organized, not a single issue that was in their hands. We did have an unexpected waterfall during one of the meetings, it was handled quickly, without any interruptions to the presentation. I'd definitely come back to this hotel, even on vacation!
Very helpful staff! Stolen credit card while unexpectedly stuck in the airport could have made this a horrible night. Staff treated me like family. Some high end international event was going on but it wasn t overwhelming
I've been to this hotel a few times for conventions. It's big, clean, and has good restrooms. I cannot speak to the rooms as I have not been an overnight guest.
Overall good experience, beds are soft, there is a breakfast buffet option. Rooms were a bit small and had poor lighting, and parking was expensive
Nice hotel however I was surprised on how hard the bed was. With it being a 4 star location I would expect a comfortable bed. Rooms are not very sound proof could here my neighbors conversation. Parking is confusing. Did self park but spaces are extremely tight especially if you have a larger vehicle. I ended up valet parking which was $9 more. Location is great if you have an early morning flight. Minutes from LAX and freeway access.

I booked a double room, but when I checked in they said no more double room were available. I do not appreciate them changing my reservation. If there were no more doubles available, i should have been contacted that way I would have had the opportunity to cancel the reservation. This happen when I booked with them in Las Vegas and here in LA. I am a Diamond member, but apparently that means nothing to Hilton. If you make a reservation, expect to unknowingly get the opposite of what you want.
So, great place to stay. Not far from the airport. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Minor issues would be the shower water literally went crazy and it seem like a stream after showering. Reported it to the front desk and they sent someone who claimed it was the head of the shower....that definitely wasn't that cause after changing it did the same thing. And I'm use to have toliet paper filled in the bathroom and had to call for that. But over all the staff was extremely helpful. Clearly the hotel receive a lot of business because every night they had something different. Oh and where our room was I had the chance to count the planes each night and watch fireworks!!

The room stayed about five degrees hotter than I had it set, and the light on the smoke detector, placed directly above the bed, was bright enough to illuminate the room in a sickly green that made it difficult to fall asleep. There are also non smoking rooms adjacent to a smoking patio, so my first "non smoking" room smelled like an ash tray. What's the point?
I wanna rate this hotel a 5-star rated! I stayed before and it was a great experience that I had in this hotel. This place was so relaxing. The amenities that they had were excellent. The room where I stayed was so neat and spaciously clean. The breakfast that they served was so delicious especially the pancakes. The pool area was so clean and big as well. The hoteliers were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended hotel!
A busy hotel, only a few mins from LAX Airport, bar food was perfect and the service excellent. Great complimentary shuttle service door to door from the Airport. We had a room with a pool and runway view, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, the soundproofing was poor and the noise from the Airplanes taking off is quite intense. A late checkout is available at the cost of an extra $40 until 3 pm, or $75 until 6 pm.
Reasonable rate if reserving it directly from their site. No additional fees and gets discounted rate with Hilton Honors members.
I went to the Mother's Day brunch with my family. The food was amazing and the service was incredible. They were very attentive and made sure that my family and I were well taken care of. There was a great variety of food and desserts and my family and I left very satisfied with our meal.
We used the parking facilities for trip out of LAX. It was great...purchased on line. Use provided scan code to enter parking facilities. In door parking. Elevator to lobby and ride to LAX. Little bit of a wait on return. But was worth not having to park at LAX

Noisy, coffee pot didn't work right. Bathroom wasn't that clean around baseboard. Parking totally horrible when trying to check in.
The rooms are extremely comfortable. There isn't too much around so you may feel locked in to the hotel at times. The meeting and AV staff are great and very accommodating.
Disappointed in everything. The hotel is too noisy ( I don't mean the airplane noise / I'm aware of the location). Someone knocked my room & tried to open my room at 630 am in the morning ( I have a private tag hanging on). There wasn't second bold lock for the room door.
1/ Room price is not cheap, and it'sa hotel, not motel but room doesn't have a mini fridge unless you pay extra $25 USD.
2/ I did a pre book reservation. They gave me a price with a promise that would be my final payment number without extra or hidden charge at the hotel. When I was at the hotel, I confirmed with customer service and I got the same confirmation. Now they sent me a receipt with a totally different payment charge. I tried to contact the Hilton Group customer service, unable to contact anyone for the clarification. They just transferred your phone around and let you leave a voice mail without a response.
3/ They said parking is free and I was confirmed with the hotel if the valet parking is free top and they said yes and now they charged me for parking .
I had to cancel at the last minute due to my conference being at another nearby hotel. Gracious and welcoming throughout the process. Beautiful lobby and good vibe.
Overall this hotel is a decent place to stay. There is a very spacious pool and four hot tubs. Food and beverage staff definitely deserve 5-stars. That being said the food was expensive. Our room was next to an ice maker and elevator so we were frequently woken up by other guests getting ice. The front desk staff were a bit cold too.
I was there for a community event. Only bad thing was the cost of parking, because I was not staying overnight and it was near the Airport. A very tough place for parking 24-7/365 days a year.
