I was skeptical when my doctor said I had to use this new pharmacy... but I have nothing bad to say. Prescription was sent over from my doctor, 10 min later I received a text to set up my account, I had to fill in a few nessasary requirements like cc info to cover co-pay and delivery instructions and my 3pm the same day my prescription was delivered! No trip to the pharmacy, no waiting in line, this is great!

Good over the counter medication. Friendly staff, no public restroom.

This pharmacy is super good, The years. They have passed, but they have not. The good service continues and good prices.

Been coming here for years, consistently good. Short lines, helpful staff. The pharmacist is always available to answer questions and I appreciate that. Fair prices.

i went into Lorena s pharmacy today and it was so packed , but good thing this lovely worker there named rosie , gave me my medication as soon as possible she was so amazing at her job there should be more workers like her !

It is a very familiar place excellent attention and very responsible about their very hygienic doctor's recipes and a very attentive and friendly and responsible staff.

Without a doubt, the best pharmacy that I have ever been to. My medications are always right and I get them in a timely matter. I will be coming back to this pharmacy. The staff speaks spanish and english and Hilda was very helpful solving a problem that I had. 10/10 Recommend.

Lorena pharmacy is shady as hell, ps be carful in there parking lot. I had my license on lates stolen there

Mrs. Rosa is an excellent employee always very friendly, patient, attentive and willing to help clients.

They are always extremely helpful! My parents love going there as they make it so convenient to get their medicine, always make everything so simple with no hassle! Definitely recommend it!

The lack communication and can give straight answers on why they can t refill medication or other items people are extremely rude and when you asked to speak to a supervisor or manager they stayed there on your lunch or not working . But after talking with the manager the next day everything was worked out.

My experience right here turned into quick and clean! I had my prescription despatched right here and it changed into geared up when my husband arrived to pick it up. I had a query approximately one or the medications so I called in to the pharmacy. David, the pharmacist, become expert and answered all the questions that I had. I've been back oftentimes considering the fact that then and can be a Iong time purchaser.

Iam a herone addict & i like to use clean needles & when i buy from this pharmacy they all want to laugh & make jokes, very unprofessional

I can't say enough about the excellent customer service at this Lorena Pharmacy! The pharmacists are friendly, efficient, and provide the fastest service I and my husband have ever experienced from a pharmacy. Just today my husband dashed over to pick up a prescription, found it closed but Chris happened to be inside & saw him at the entrance. He quickly came over & opened the door! You will never find that kind of service at CVS or Rite Aid.

I have been a Lorena pharmacy for 26 years and there are several wonderful employees who have helped over the years, but one employee stands out and I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. This employees name is Honey Barranco. She is the friendliest, nicest and I love her personality. She s the BEST!!!!
I also look forward to seeing Martha(pharmacist) and Silvia Galvan as well. Keep up the great work!!!!!!

Had a great experience here with a medication I needed filled. Was helped by a very helpful lady named Hilda in the front counter. She was attentive and friendly. Overall really nice, clean pharmacy that will get you in and out in no time. Very much recommended.

This a great Pharmacy from Pharmacist to Techs and clerks a team work to have you prescriptions ready with a excellent customer service and very unique knowledge on over the counter items you'll find everything on one place and if they don't have it they will order it for you.

My go to pharmacy. They serve lots of people so you might have a bit of a wait time. However the staff is friendly and helpful.

I've driven 68 miles to this pharmacy twice because they carry the products I need & the customer service was excellent thank you Austin; he's helped us both times & is friendly.

Unlike other pharmacies such as CVS and Rite-aid, Lorena pharmacy created a very welcoming ambience and personality like no other. I was assisted with Angie, who was dedicated to providing quality customer service such as recommending me generic an brand name medications that are much cheaper and explaining the side-effects and unlikely adverse effects of the medication. A big thank you to her and the staff needless to say, I will definitely be coming back for any of my prescription needs

Friendly place unlike the chain pharmacies. I stopped to get an item. Yolanda Avalos was the first of staff to see me. She greeted me and guided me to what I needed. I was in and out quick.

This pharmacy is fantastic! During these hard times it s nice to find a store that was just so helpful and wanted to help you. I needed a special over-the-counter drug that I was have a hard time getting and other chain pharmacies...I googled the drug I need and Lorena Pharmacy came up so... I called them. One of their representatives ,Rosa, handled my phone call. She was absolutely wonderful. Even though I not in their delivery zone...,iI m over 20 miles away from them...@they were willing to deliver by the next day. I was also able to order a larger quantity of that medication for my mother-in-law on the phone with them and they promised me she would have it in two days. I highly recommend trying this local pharmacy if you live in Los Angeles or any of the outside areas of Los Angeles example Glendale, Tarzana, etc. they were very helpful, very nice, and honestly it just felt like there was a certain amount of caring that you got... and that I got what I needed at a reasonable time. They also can order anything you need if they don t have it in stock Which is what they did for me. And if you call them ask for Rosa She is an absolute sweetheart! I went in the store to pick up simple item, i was greeted by a lady with a big smile, alexia gave me the best service, she took time with me to explain the items, made it easier for me, when i was done, she thank me for coming in.

Horrible low quality medicine sold at this pharmacy, are made from low precarious manufacturing materials so the owners make more money by selling low quality medse. The antibiotic for my toothache made it worst. In addition, pain and infection got worst. The owners of this place use low quality manufacturers to make their medicine. Latino community be aware raise awareness this pharmacy is selling low quality medicine. All to save a dollar and greed at the expensive of one's health. I recommend go to CVS or other pharmacies For your prescriptions where you know you get the real McCoy.

Bad experience happen today, call asking for suppositories 2 hours before going to the pharmacy since I live 1:30 minutes from the address and they confirmed that I still do, I arrived at the place I asked a very kind young woman If they had the product and told me they did not have it, I told him that I had spoken before to confirm and they told me that yes, he went and asked someone else and they said no, then I left the store and called again, They told me again that if I still asked the price and they left me waiting for 7 minutes and no one answered, I went back and they told me that probably on line 4 and I did not find anything, they recommended another product that I had to buy because it was urgent. something for my baby's fever.
Very friendly people but apparently do not know about the existence of the products they sell.

I've been going here for a while now & Love this pharmacy. The wait is pretty fast. Even though I moved I decided to stay at this pharmacy.I tried a CVS pharmacy closer to my house in Torrance BUT had nothing but problems so I had a my medication transfered back to Lorena.The workers are friendly Angelica always goes out of her way to say hello to me and my husband & make us laugh . The communication is also another reason I love this pharmacy if ever there is a problem with my medication or insurance I get a phone call from the pharmacy.

I ve been following Rosita since she worked in 1st she is so friendly ask for her, she will be happy to help you If rosita is not there ask for Angelica 5 stars

Worst pharmacy ever. Customer service is horrendous and they always give you a run around when it comes to your prescriptions. I called for a week straight trying to get a refill and despite calling my insurance and receiving their authorization the pharmacy was still unable to fulfill. When they finally said I could pick up they called me in 2 minutes only to tell me that they didn't have the medication in stock. I do not know what kind of place they are trying to run here but it is worse than mediocre.

I LOVE Alto Pharmacy. My dermatologist recommended them during our morning appointment and by that same evening they were standing at my door with a $700 prescription for free, because they have a system that covers what my insurance company doesn't.

Dr. Payam Zargari is the pharmacist here, and let me just say....am I so so so glad that I happened upon Access Medical Pharmacy. I was having horrible pain and needed a prescription sent to my nearby pharmacy. I nearly walked past this place because I had never noticed it before. I decided to take a chance and go inside to ask a few questions because I'll be honest...I'm a Kaiser baby and have no idea how insurance works outside of Kaiser. Dr. Zargari was more than helpful and extremely patient in answering all of my basic questions without making me feel dumb.
