These are not professional at all. All they want is your money. they don't guide you as an accountant is suppossed to. I lost a lot of money because of them. Carlos has a very good attitude but what can you do with good attitude if he can't save you money. I showed my taxes to a professional accountant and he found so many mistakes that Carlos made. I could've saved thousands. poor service and poor guidence. save your money and time and hire a experienced accountant. and don't waste your money here. this company just wants to make quick money and not give a damn about the client. companies like this should be shut down.

I would like to take the time to share how amazing my experience has been each year when it came time to do my taxes. Each year Carlos has helped me process my taxes since I couldn't be filed anymore from my parents. For some reason I have always had problems with IRS because of my own personal mistakes I made with my employer and not knowing how to properly fill out forms. Another case I had someone trying to steal my information and overall just always had bad luck because I always owed money or I would only receive a very small amount back. I can't express how much I appreciate Carlos for always going above and beyond for me and trying his best to help me and solve the problems I always encountered with IRS. He has been there during my hardships and never failed to provide me information I needed to try and get everything resolved. Even if I was upset, stressed, overwhelmed I can honestly say that Carlos always had a calm tone and a lot of patience when it came to dealing with me and my mistakes. This year I was finally blessed with not having to deal with any issues. First year out of many that everything went smooth and had a lot of great news. I give credit when it's due and I have had nothing but exceptional customer service with Lopez & Company. Hard work should never go unnoticed and for that I am grateful for the kindness and patience given to me by Carlos. If you ask me where should you go when it's tax season well this is the place!!

I went in today to have my taxes prepared and filed. I worked with Carlos and he was AWESOME! The whole experience was very laid back, but very professional. I love the 'mom & pop' business feel they have. Their fees are very reasonable, and he worked with me to get my tax debt lowered. poor place to do your taxes. very un professional. they charge an arm and leg for 5 minute tax. they ruined my taxes and I have been dealing with it for 2 years now. DONT USE THIS COMPANY
