Truly a major let down. I use to buy crates every month in hopes that I could maybe get something I d like or have use for as a collector. After 5 months of trying I gave up, mostly because of the fact I never received my last crate and they told me I couldn t get a refund but the assured me it was on its way. I have grown since then and was on Facebook when one of their ads drew me in with a beautiful image of my favorite boss from Dark souls 3, yhorm the giant. This got me pumped when I read the ad exclusive dark souls merchandise in this months crate. How disappointed I was can not be put into words. I opened my crate and started unpacking it to find items that hold no personal value. I enjoy the mug because I love coffee but not Diablo, the shirt they gave me was the wrong size, the hat won t fit, and the exclusive dark souls item was a tiny card wallet that when I tried to put my cards in and then put it in my pocket, the sun emblem fell off. I don t know why I expected more... this is the final straw. I will not be using these services ever again and highly recommend to any new customers with questions about the crates to not bother wasting the time or effort.

You guys deserve a class action lawsuit and I'm not even joking about that. I feel like you guys treat your staff members better then your customers from reading these bot reviews. How come the CEO refused to say anything when all the complaints were rolling in. Horrible business.

Amazing products for cheap every month, they send ...

Amazing products for cheap every month, they send straight to your door and so many nerdy items. They also send you t shirts and the box itself is a collectable itself. They also have back ordering so you can order ones you may have missed as well as special crates. Also they do sweepstakes for unique items hard to find anywhere else.

Sent several emails after ordering their crate in march. Its august I still haven't received anything, all I got back in response for my request for a refund was a generic email about delays due to covid, I contacted the bbb, maybe they will be able to get my $ back, because honestly, I do not beleive I will ever see my $ spent or the product I pd for.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY WILL WASTE IT FOR YOU! I have ordered from Loot Crate twice now, but never again. In both instances, I received crates late, sometimes by several months with no attempt to correct or compensate. These people have no idea what they are doing and the customer service stinks! It does no good to tell me that my order has been delayed when that is why I reached out to customer service in the first place! I keep finding reviews all over the web with people experiencing the same thing. What a poor business model. You can't even deliver your product! The only consistent thing about Loot Crate is the DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! DON'T DO IT!!!

Horrible company. Placed an order received items nowhere need to value of what was paid for. Now these cheap boxes just appear. Can t get them to stop sending the cheap boxes. Have tried to called but that is a voice mail with an e-mail address have sent four e-mails, no response. But still the cheap boxes come. Have had to get the bank involved for fraudulent charges. This is no way to run a business.
NO DO NOT order from this company.

Never again will I order from Loot Crate. After 2 months+, I still did not get my crate. On the 2nd attempt, they offered me a $10 credit towards my next crate. After this experience, do they think I will be ordering again? On the 4th attempt and demanding to have a manager get in touch with me (no phone number), they offered me a reshipment. When I asked how long to get the replacement crate, I was told 2 months. They finally refunded me after they refused to expedite my order. Nice customer service...

Products have been sending out latter and latter every mounth. To the point where the most recent was a month and a week late.

There customer service is bit of a hassle to get in contact with and take several days to a week to contact the customer back.

It has been three months that I have been waiting for my loot crate. Since June 2017. I have not received any information and I have continually contacted customer service, however; they reassure me that its coming. It has been three months, I do not think it is coming.

So thankful that google reviews can't be deleted by companies like loot crate who like to delete any complaints off of their social media. I have been waiting for my May lootcrate what was supposedly mailed out May 30th when I received an email with shipping tracking information. I was unable to track the shipment with the tracking number provided so I contacted lootcrate and was told that I received the shipment notification in error and that my crate would be shipped out soon. I then tweeted them on June 20th asking about my missing crate, I was told that some crates have STILL not shipped. I then tried to contact them through email as directed on their social media since they are telling people on Facebook that June's crates are shipping??? Why are June crates being shipped of Mays haven't even gone out yet. I have still not hear anything back from them via email. Then today I posted on their Facebook page asking about my missing crate, big mistake clearly because all they do is delete your post so no one else can see it!! Seriously what the hell is it with dodgy companies like lootcrate who spend more time covering their tracks on social media instead of actually dealing with the customers who only want what they paid for.

What a useless bunch of people! The product is well packaged and nice but the customer service is terrible, they don't answer the question you asked, they cancel your order arbitrarily and then don't send out the thing you signed up for. Very disappointed.

Well I ordered $30 of stuff from the vault where the disclaimer says to allow up to 14 business days for shipping... Over a month later, I've been offered a refund minus a 20 percent restocking fee, and a 30 percent discount off my NEXT order, when I've inquired about my (still) unfulfilled order.

They assure me they are understaffed and working overtime to fulfill backed up orders, but can't offer me anything, including an ETA.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam to collect restocking fees for profit. Buyer beware.

Catered an event and dealt with some of the nicest people ever. They were super helpful even though we were the ones serving them. Really cool facility and great customer service on their end as well.

I'll be up front here, I was a Looter and then I became an employee of Loot Crate until I moved away from LA. Therefore I would like to provide some insights. I have worked for about eight different companies since graduating from university and I can honestly say that I've never worked with a better group of people or a more interesting company in my life. Sure there are hiccups, there are hurdles and there ups & downs, but that's the nature of the game. I have seen firsthand the layoffs, the relocation of a warehouse and the bankruptcy/acquirement of the company. Through all of this Loot Crate has honestly done the best that they could. I'll admit there are faults, such as spreading themselves thin with too many crates and losing focus on their core values as a result. Yet it is human to err. That being said I frown upon all of these negative comments about the company without people truly grasping the full scope of operations. I understand the stress of not receiving your crate and that was not a good situation by any measure, but it was one that was hardly avoidable as the company transitioned to a more efficient and higher tech warehouse that required a lot of logistics and time to set in place. My word of advice is just have some faith in the company for a little while longer as things will be much better than even before once it's all straightened out. From the employee angle I saw nothing wrong with the work environment as has been stressed on Reddit and other outlets. It was a fun, creative, exciting, playful and diligent atmosphere with some of the most genuine and down-to-Earth people as co-workers. I'll always look favorably upon Loot Crate and my time there. My hope is that others will do the same and continue that passion within the amazing ecosystem that Loot Crate helped to foster.
