I just called to ask about their guidance and support of new Mom s with specific examples of gaps at my current pediatrician practice. The person that handles new patients indicated that she didn t think they would handle it the same but indicated it could happen if that this is the medical guidance. There was no triage to provide insight into their support or anything. Any reasonable person understands that nothing is guaranteed & it was patronizing. This is not a way to work with potential new patients.

Their location is in Longwood, but they do not offer Longwood-quality care. Lactation support is dreadful. Their one consultant is rude, judgemental, and poorly informed. The doctors and the LC were unable to diagnose a classic tongue-tie, even as my baby struggled with weight gain. Our experience with Longwood peds was very stressful. If you have a newborn, this is definitely a practice to avoid.
Dr Menzin is amazing. Both my kids love her and feel really comfortable with her. Dr. Menzin is a caring, thorough, smart doctor. The practice is efficient and accessible. Great office
