I had a double mastectomy yesterday at Moanaloa....and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about everyone. From the nurses, attendants, Doctors, admissions, to the facility everyone was SO nice and they did an amazing job. I am so impressed and so grateful.
Very disappointed for the 1st time with Kaiser. On Friday the 26 , 2021 took my mom up to after hrs appt at 545pm to check on her cut on her right lower leg do that was giving her problems. Doctor was great nurse was great but case worker told my mom that they will send a nurse to her home for home care of her leg and that they will call on Monday the 29th. No one called

i only have good things to say. nurse edgar was so cool and sweet. i was there and he talked to get my mind off of stuff. edgar if u see this heyyy & thanks. also the food is pretty good. and the nurses are so sweet and patient. love this hospital. - Kalia
I'm not being dramatic when I say he really changed my life and I am so grateful. I am almost completely better, and I believe if I had continued seeing him and made a couple lifestyle changes I would be about to 100%. I am the closest I've ever been though and that is enough for now!
Excellent, responsive treatment when I fell and broke my arm near my wrist with great follow up during healing. Much better than going to an ER. I could not have been seen in office for two days but now saw me immediately.
I would like to thank the nurses who were so kind, knowledgeable and just overall great. From labor and delivery I would like to thank Christine and Charito for taking care of me before, during and after my delivery. My baby boy was born almost 2 months early and they took really great care of both of us. I would like to thank the Nurses from the NICU department. Sophie, Kayla, Ania , Nola, Les, Dina, Ashley, Christina, and Verona for taking very good care of my little Hanu. You guys deserve more than just a thank you post for all the hard work you guys do to make sure these babies are getting the love and care they need from helping them grow to sending them home to their families. You guys are amazing!!!
From lactation, Mariko was so nice and knowledgeable and made feeding my little one so much easier. You guys are all amazing and I couldn t thank your staff and team enough! I highly recommend the stay here.
I apologize if I left anyone out, the nurses change shift during the night so it was hard to keep up with names of nurses I hardly seen but I appreciate everyone who was involved during my stay here. Definitely 5 stars!

Except One of the guard last night came to my face asking some questions, he was really rude and disrespectful to me, No good manners at all. I can't even find out what's happening to my son coz this dude was telling me to leave. I never experienced like this in Texas and Virginia. I would not recommend this hospital
There was a white, fat and tall security guard last night that was very rude and disrespectful. They don't know how to treat people right. Poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend this hospital
Love this hospital! All good experiences here! Great staff and excellent medical care! Very clean/recently renovated as well and the gift shop, along with the food services dept are also pretty great!
