I'm praying for these people. So sad to experience this kind of rudeness in a time like this. Guard shack man and Lady in shipping and receiving a little kindness goes a long way! Just saying..

First time at this shipper 02/02/20. Drop and Hook load. The lady at the main gate and man at the drop lot were both polite and professional. Always nervous about attitudes when heading to paper mills, so their friendliness was plesently surprising.

Worst place for pick up void this place if you can.

Look up the reviews on kapstone for working here the manegement is still toxic west rock is no better then kapstone they still have the same managers especially in maintenace and that lies oh no we would never do that then does it anyway even the hr is corrupt a supervisor strikes a employee and its made ok by cover ups th the east side mechanical superintendent is a maglamaeact and loves to spread hate dont let him know your happy cause he will try try try to destroy it

Easy access drop and hook yard for many outgoing loads, some are live loaded. Incoming loads are live unload and unloaders are quick to get you unloaded.

All live loads and unloads are by appointment, and they will work to move your appointment up if you're early and they have a time slot open.

If you are safety minded and follow the instructions on the gate pass, you'll have no troubles here.
