Three stars for the rest of their personnel. The lady at the front counter for shipping is outright rude. She needs to go on e-harmony and figure it out.

Rudest woman ever in Shipping . No one needs to be treated like a dog . Maybe if she hates her job she needs to retire

For God's sake don't enter the parking lot off of Highway 93 turn on 7th Street. There is some overnight parking Down Below. vending machines in the lunchroom available as well as a restroom, lady at the shipping window well....

they were very good about getting me loaned and I was very happy with the people that works there

They are quick loading if your product is ready. I was in n out in 35 minutes.

Fyi dont come on first shift a moment before your appt. I came in early the old lady very rude at best told me to park out back by the scale...i did... Called at 245pm for a 3pm check in said i needed to re check in...stated she or her people could find a 53 ft refer and tractor in there lot my gps and eld say diff... Very rude very bad place to come during 1st shift drivers unite refuse to go to places that refuse to treat u like a human being!!!!! It was so bad my phone number was even on truck log!!! She couldnt call me....wow very poor service cant wait to tell sargento!!

I had a appt at 3pm and I got until at 8 pm. After that there was nobody to load me on and then I had to wait in the morning in the morning to be inork in. The woman on Load is very unpleasant and does not know how to do her job.B Take care when you come here

Friendly personnel, but no overnight parking allowed.

Although no overnight parking there are a few spots around back where you can spend a few hours if need be. Hours say 730, but you can usually start checking in around 6am. Checked in 715 for my 9am appt, given door right away. Only have one loader so it can be slow but had my 39k of cheese loaded and gone by 930. People are friendly, backing is easy, plenty of room for a good setup.

I think this company should retire it's American Flag. It's in bad shape and is not a great image for any company.

I'm a commercial driver picking up a cheese load from here and was talk to very disrespectfully like I didn't know what I was doing and after almost 10 years in the business I beg to differ I know what I'm doing. did not like how I wish treated nor talk to with this place would not come back

Outside of a few receivers, this place is filled with arrogance and ignorance. It all boils down to the name on the door of your truck as to how you get treated. At least when delivering WHEY , this seems to be the case. They will go by your appointment time if and when it benefits them.
