Overall a good dining experience and very attentive staff. Ordered the banquet, the pork was delicious, perfectly crispy skin very tender meat and great flavours. Only negatives were the chicken skewers were very salty, and usually i add a lot of seasoning to my dishes. The crispy rice was also a bit over-seasoned as well, but still very tasty and was a shame that the oysters served were very small.

None of the above, resulted in a negative experience but with a few adjustments could be incredible. Portions were very generous and ended up taking home some left over curry with the restaurant providing additional rice at no extra cost which was a nice touch.

Wonderful dining experience with friends. If you re a fan on full-on Thai fusion with deadly cocktails and a bangin playlist, this is the place to be. Go the banquet, you won t be disappointed. Keep up the great work guys!

outstanding modern Thai fusion, certainly one of the better Asian fusion restaurants in Melbourne. blown away by excellent dishes such as the filled eggnet, the pork hock, and the crispy fish. wonderful service all around as well, and we certainly enjoyed ourselves. high degrees of Thai authenticity coupled with modern interpretation and techniques. brilliant.

When it got to main dishes, it s already so much food for what we needed. Servings were very generous. Definitely won t left hungry. Loved the authentic Thai flavours with modern twist. Especially liked the crispy fry whole snapper. Restaurant atmosphere was great, not overly loud.

I ve never had a restaurant deliver mouldy food before but there s a first for everything.

I love Longrain. I have been there 5-6 times. The food never fails to delight. Must-haves include the caramelised pork hock, oysters and the scallops/crab in betel leaves. Superb every time.

We were very excited about Mother's Day. I was excited to order wine to match the food. However, after tasting the food, the mind disappeared. The oysters were really mini-sized, and the chicken was too salty to eat, and the salad was something I could eat. I doubt whether the chef changed that day. Or, I really don't understand why this restaurant is so highly rated. I do not recommend

Amazing food and service. The staff were VERY kind and accommodating with dietaries and had an excellent knowledge of their menu. We let them order for us and were pleasantly surprised with each dish. The food is generously sized and perfectly balanced. The cocktails are delicious!!!

Delicious. I don t know if we got lucky with our order but everything was perfect. The table was huge and (thanks to COVID) we had a heap of space. I hate feeling cramped at a table when I m enjoying a nice meal. The service was on point and the food was on another level. We had the pork hock, chicken curry and the salt and pepper tofu (plus a few cocktails). Loved every little bit of it.
