The women bathroom does not work properly that should be a health violation.

Everyone needs to ware masks and gloves at all times period..

It was good, i the fries were not cooked to long and the fish was great.

We got a mixed fish / chicken family meal. Was around $25. A little pricey. Foods was good but too greasey for me.

My fish sandwich consisted of a playing card sized piece of fish, with the same amount of toppings.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered 8 pcs of fish. Was told to pull up front and they would bring it to us. 20 minutes later, they finally brought it out. When we got home, 5 pcs of fish and 3 pcs of chicken. Will not be going back.

Way too greasy and under cooked. Plus it always smells like really bad natural gas when you walk in there. Like they have a bad leak. Just not as good as it used to be.

The customer service has changed. They are very selective and rude . Talks with other customers while there's people waiting on line and then make you pull up to wait for yours.

Its the only Long John Silvers we have in Lexington and they were so busy. The food was awesome. I got the fish and shrimp. I always have to get an extra piece of fish for my dogs they love it too.

For about the 10th time received the wrong order.i ordered #10 6 shrimp 2 fish 2 sides.got home an again no shrimp.this is the only IJS near us we live about 20 miles away.the help are rude .dont care adatude.

Great food, just wish there was another one in Lexington.

This LJS and its employees have always been really good to me over the years. It's a little dingy, to be honest, but the service is excellent and the food is on point.

I want one back down town.. I miss it being that side of town. We could use the jobs also. Im a big fan but they made it too hard to get.

They got my order wrong but $5 meal was surpose to be 3 pieces of fish,fries,drink and cookie but only a piece of fish fries and drink. The rest of my order was right but food was good for what I got.

Food was good but when I got home they forgot one of my sides.

Great hot food got it right before they closed too so they loaded it up.

I love LJS. My only complaint on this location is they left my Cole slaw out. I went back and got it no problem, but I was a little upset I had to go back.

Being the only customers in the dining room you would think the food would have been piping hot...I think it might have been reheated.

Food was fair. Restaraunt was not very clean, front door was broken, and the staff didn't seem to know much about the menu. Wouldn't go out of my way to stop at this particular Long John's again.

Quick and convenient.. location location location. Always good service and I love sea food. Never had a problem here at all.

This is the last LJS in this town. We were there for approximately 30 minutes, they could not get one single order correct, including mine!!

Salmon was not cooked right.. dry, not seasoned.. plate looked like it was just thrown together.. worst I've ever had at long John silver was my favorite thing there

I drove all the way from Frankfort to Lexington and got home with out all my food after and you told me it was there..

Forgot one of my sides and messed up my order. But food was fresh and good. Friendly staff.

Disgusting I would not recommend taking my dog here they fix your food and also drop their sweat in it finger your food with no gloves on

Fast food. Basic. I can eat it. I usually would prefer some place else. Many years ago, it was one of my favorite places. But then I started getting fish that was mostly breading and the taste was not up to where I wanted it to stay at. So I ended up quitting this company as a place to eat. Then not too long ago, I ate it again. Seemed like it may have improved some. Seemed like less breading, and more fish for one thing. But still inferior to another fast food fish place that we will go to. My daughter likes it, she is 20.

So have been eating there since a little girl my mother would send me there in a cab to pick up the food.

Typical fast food fare, but still tasty. Fast service. Somewhat clean, better than most fast food places in the same area.

Food was fresh and quick with great service. Old building but don't let that keep you away.

We went to Long John's earlier to pick up a family meal through the drive through line. We spent almost $30 on an eight piece family fish meal and Baja fish tacos with no coleslaw. We were hastily passed through the drive through line and then waited out of line for at least fifteen minutes. The employee who brought our food out to us was literally swinging the bags through the air on her way up to our car. The food was all over the place when we opened the bags to be sure our order was complete. We tried to find the tacos, which we did not see and came back through the line to get them. The employee who brought out our food demanded we check our bag again, we did see the tacos and then went home. However, when we got home, we discovered that there was coleslaw on the tacos, and the extra tartar sauce I had ordered was literally a tablespoon in the most shallow bowl I've ever seen. We are so frustrated. The fish was cold. And the fries were stale and freezing. We could not be more dissatisfied.

Food is pretty good for fast food, a bit greasy but tasty

Concern about using the same oil in all the fryers. Certain foods (fish) we dont eat. Deut. Fiifs God approve of

It takes forever to get your food. Everyone runs around and playing on their phone no wonder it takes awhile. Makes me wonder if they even wash their hands.

Got a platter and everything was good except the chicken, it was kind of tough tasting, customer service was excellent

Their food is great but their employees are just a bit "airheaded" on how they interact with the public and especially some of them need to go back to school and take some remedial math courses because they can't count money back to customers.
