A tad expensive, though if you've never been it's definitely a fun and worthwhile time, especially for kids.

It's way too expensive for such a small small aquarium.
Lovely place!!! We loved exploring all the aquariums, the fishes, the sharks, seals, pinguins...They were all very colorful and they looked very healthy.
The bird sanctuary and the butterflies were one of our favorite.
The ONLY one I was not happy to see and was actually concerned for them were the monkeys. They look stressed and very unhappy in there cemented enclosure.
The butterfly sanctuary was fantastic and touching the sharks as they glide beneath your fingers wonderful feeling
It was just an assume day.
We are members so allowed in. I think the animals missed people!! Hope they can open soon for everyone. Great Oasis and fun time for kids on the East end!!
Great place to bring the kids and fun for the adults as well!
What a great family day! All the animals look very happy. And the kids were too. We will be going back as soon as possible!
There is a grey seals pool that is outside of the aquarium, you can see them free of charge.
The aquarium itself has a great tank full of sharks and large fish.
Children can touch manta rays in the pool.
The exhibition also includes non-marine life: crocodiles, marmoset and japanese primates.
Do not miss the seals show!
Also visit butterfly and avian pavilions.
Expensive- and exhibits are extra. If you go on the boat ride don't expect much. Teenagers do the "educational" talk. If you grew up on Long Island you will find the talk borderline retarded. Your kids will have fun though just bring a full wallet as nothing here is cheap.
Great place. Plan on checking out the Butterfly and Bird exhibits too!
Beautiful butterfly, bird room. Endless fish. Penguins, seals and stingrays. Clean and good food area
Cage is little bit small, but the expiration is so good. I will do that again!
I love going to the aquarium. As a matter of fact every time I visit a city that s the very first thing I do , I visit the aquarium. The last time I ve been here was 2 years ago and now this year. It is a wonderful place to be, the displays and the information is great. The sea lion show at the aquarium was pleasant. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 lots of stores are closed to the public. They did take all the precautions to insure safety. I didn t give it 5 stars because the aquarium needs an upgrade and lots of things were closed off this time to the public.
Everyone who I encountered was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and so very friendly! I wish it was just a little bit bigger.
My kids love it there. The exhibits are fun and interactive, the shak feeding always draws a crowd and the shows are fun too. I Like it but the smell of Mold is overbearing at times. I know its a huge indoor fish tank what do you expect.
It's a great place to come again and again. It is normally best to go there during the school day and on warmer weather. They have great outside displays and the ferry ride is a joy - especially for kids. The Sea Lion Show is always a great hit with the kids as well. The tickets are reasonably priced - comparatively to over attractions similar to this.
Great place....great place for the children...had a great time
Cool place. Over prices for whats there, good if you have groupon. We love feeding the birds.
Great place! I felt bad for the way the butterflies are handled, but other than that we love it.
In appearance a small, but in fact a large aquarium. I advise you to visit who will be in the area.
What a great experience and fun time we had. I took my niece and nephew a few weeks ago and spent the entire day!! We especially loved the butterfly exhibit and were surprised to see all the creatures that lived there. The outdoor water views were amazing. We are now members. Well worth it:) Looking forward to going back
Kids had great time here, nice escape indoors from the heat
Okay I must start off this review by saying that I am extremely conflicted about this place. If I could I would give it 0 stars, but I really enjoyed the bird exhibit so I gave them a 1 star. While they say that they focus on the rehabilitation of animals, many of their animals have super small tanks to be in. For instance there was a lobster that had no room to move. Also for a place that says that they care about the ocean they sure sell a lot of plastic and straws. The animals just need more space, even if these animals will once be released, they need living conditions. The turtle pond that is right at the beginning of the park is extremely small for the amount of turtles they have, I counted 17 turtles in a tank maybe bigger than a bathtub. If we truly want to help animals, we need to lead by example. Probably as bad as sea world. The sea turtle rehab was cool.
They did a wonderful job of social distancing all the guests. Great Job LIA
We had a blast visiting, the kids loved the hands on feeding the sting rays.
Thank you Mary for an amazing educational boat ride along the Peconic Bay
Beautiful place to visite , just the parking not easy and far , pricy place adults $ 33, KIDS $22, They have restaurants insiste
My son and I slept over at the aquarium last night with the boy scouts!!! We had such a blast!! We literally slept with the "fishies" lol The Sharks are so amazing!!! It was such an amazing experience we will never forget!!!
I attended a catered event, so I can't judge them fairly. The staff were exceptionally nice, but the food ran out and some of us had to hit drive-thrus on the way home after.
Nice place to take the kids. Wish it was bigger though.
It's a bit expensive normally and for food but as long as it goes to the animals it's worth it. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and it is hours of fun. The Sting Ray's are the best though, in our opinions
Sea otter show was great! A lot of fish... Monkeys were adorable!
They did very little to hide that this place is just a cash grab. $10 to park in an unpaved lot a few blocks from the aquarium and, on the inside, there are more opportunities to spend money than there were exhibits.
The only upside was the butterfly exhibit.
They have added a lot more since the last time I went here. I very much like the changes
We had an amazing time. My sons loved it. So did we. It was well organized given the state of things right now. The line to get in was long. But moved rather quickly. I do appreciate that they have discounts for veterans, like myself. Make sure you reserve your day and time slot before going. It's a great way to get the kids out of the house and enjoy the day. Perfect for day dates as well. I highly recommend anyone to check it out and have a nice time.
Very expensive for the experience you get. 13 year olds have to pay adult rate to get in.
Very cool aquarium with many diverse exhibits, great for families. I just wish there were better information plaques for every exhibit.
Attended a wedding, food & bevs were excellent. Setting off course was special. Only issue I had was my heel got caught in the wooden bridge. But everything was beautifully done & well cared for during the event as far as staff & service. Enjoyed it
Butterfly exhibit was nice and the bird exhibit was nice too. But most of the shows and activities were closed...
This place is just another example of a Long Island rip-off.Very overpriced and not worth it for what they give you.Mystic is definitely better choice.Don t think of buying food from the concession equally outrageous pricing and you have to pay to park.Never again.
Very cool place with lots of animals to see. Stingray pool where you can touch and feed them is wicked. Outside area with seal shows always goes down well. Overall a cool place to go with your kids.
Very expensive as they charge for every little thing. Even to feed the animals is $2 to $3. The bird house is now a separate charge where just year it was included. Really not thinking of ever going here evert again as it was really expensive.
Bought tickets from Hyatt at a reduced price so was worth it.
Always the best. Though i should say it was hard keeping socially distant. Alot of people there
Awesome place may husband and I went randomly and it was best day very reasonable prices nice staffs lovely animals highly recommend
This aquarium is very nice and is kept clean. They have so many beautiful animals to see in which you also get to lean about them. This place is family friendly and has some interactive stuff for the kids.
It s a very small Aquarium ! I honestly wasted my time & money Coney Island Aquarium is a thousand times better . The seal show isn t in an open space it s in the seal tank . I wouldn t go back to this aquarium there s not much to see .
The shark tank and the sea lion show were a big hit with my 5 1/2 yr old nephew! The Ray Bay touch tank was too high and deep for him to reach and he's tall for his age.
Great for kids and families - staff very friendly and knowledgeable
All my family in love with this aquarium! If you get a chance to visit this aquarium, you should do that for sure.
Great aquarium and clean. Helpful employees at the front desk and all around. A lot to see and many close up experiences and interactive exhibits for an additional fee.
Always a fun trip when you head out to Riverhead to see the Aquarium
We went for the Mother's Day Brunch and had a great time. Wonderful food, large selection of items and attentive service. We will definitely go again.
Aquarium was amazing. Exceeded all my expectations !!! Very fair pricing at $29 for adults and $22 for kids which included access to all 3 >> the aquarium, bird and butterfly exhibits. You need at least 3 hours minimum to take in the full experience. Will definitely visit again soon.
Love it. Yes, the price is high but it helps them fund the rehabilitation of the animals. So go, enjoy , and help save an animal. Oh, and the butterflies and birds are cool too
Product/Service
5=Excellent (Go for it)
Exceeds normal expectations
My son and I go every sunday and never get tired of it. An awesome aquarium
More to do in summer than winter. But also an expensive day out.
Great time with the kids there. Love the sting ray exhibit when you walk in. Great place
Great aquarium for kids of all ages. Brought my 7 month old son and he loved looking at everything. Very clean and well kept. Easy to push a stroller around to see all the different sections.
A great day trip with the kids or a nice place to go with the one you like spending time with.
Well organized & enough to do to keep kids busy for several hours.
Great place and staff, we had a very nice day visiting the Aquarium.
