The worst experience I ever had. I was made to believe a property was available for rent that was already rented and occupied. After completing application and paying the application fee, I was informed that the property was already rented prior to me submitting an application. They would not refund my application fee for misleading me, nor did they offer another property option or anything to rectify their false advertisement . Such horrible customer service and piss poor communication. The Media PA office makes the Long and Foster brand look bad. I would not recommend them at all unless you want to waste time and money.

Karen dauber team at Long and Foster media has been very professional and understanding before during and after we listed our house Alisha dauber has been our agent since May and has been very compassionate very patient and very professional and knows exactly what my family's want and need are.her Devotion to her clients is unprecedented and it shows by her devotion to you the client and even for goes time with her family to ensure that you are taken care of. if you need a realtor please choose Karen daubers team because Karen holds her whole team to a very high standard and they all are very hard workers that are ensure that you the client is taken care of

I had the pleasure if working with Ralph DiGuiseppe on purchasing a property in Doylestown. Ralph was polite, patient and professional and helped every step of the way. I would highly recommend working with Ralph.

my husband and I closed on a home and the sellers agent, Beth Endrizzi was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to my agent, lender, and title company. We were understanding of the sellers situation, professional, and communicative as our process was affected by covid19. We had concerns with the home and had an inspection done with 15 days to return any concerns and by day 5, Beth was hounding us for a answer. We were working through this deal through a global pandemic and ran into last minute issues with our paper work and she called up my realtor and lender calling them every ugly name in the book, that in itself is absolute disgusting, I do not recommend her to any home buyer or seller. If we had other options I would have dropped out of this deal.

Thieves and crooks plain and simple...their manager Ralph is the king of crooks and a liars...they over charged me a fee that I caught prior to closing on a deal...talked to them about it, they said that will reimburse the money once they get their commission check; which by the way I got it for them because they didn't know anything about the deal since I was the one who did all the paper work myself but included their agency in the deal, but instead of thanking me for getting them a commission they didn't deserve...they took the overcharged amount they supposed to give me back me with as well.

Alisha has been very patient and kind. I have thrown many curves at her. She has never pushed me towards anything I might not like. Matt has answered any questions completely and clearly. I love this office.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I CERTAINLY WOULD!!!! JOHN B GRAY, AN AGENT AT THIS OFFICE, WAS GIVEN A SET OF BLUE PRINTS. WHEN THE BUILDING WAS REMOVED FROM THE MARKET, WE ASKED FOR THE BLUE PRINTS TO BE RETURNED. WE WERE TOLD WE ABANDONED THEM IN HIS OFFICE AND THEY WERE THROWN OUT!!! THE HEIGHT OF UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Only use them if you are into torture and repeatedly sending in the same paperwork multiple times because they don't know how to read an email. The people in the office seemed pleasant enough but the mortgage brokers are just abysmal. They were still asking for documents at the signing of the mortgage. And requesting that official documents be worded differently because they gave too much detail. Who does that?!
Day before closing also forced us to use their insurance broker why suddenly not accepting an outside insurance broker. Very sketchy company. I would not recommend it nor would I ever what a friend go to this company.

Most unprofessional real estate agency around. Deceiving and manipulative, basically have to beg them for refunds your legally owed!! Would not do business here. Take your business somewhere else. If I could give zero stars it would go here.

I have known Karen and Alisha Dauber for years and they are the best of the best! We found our dream home almost two years ago and they both helped us to make our dreams come true! This past year they have been working with me to help me with the sale of my dad s house... It s been a journey and they take every step along the way with such care to ensure we are always moving in the right direction. If your looking to move or sell your house give them a call! I wish I could give them a 10 star rating!

I have know Karen and Alisha for a few years! They came highly recommended from a mutual friend of ours. We were trying to sell our home in Aston, went with 2 other realtors(prior) who didn't really "sell" our home to potential buyers. Alisha and Karen came in with fresh ideas, we followed their instructions, and within 2 weeks on the market we had a couple of offers and our home sold. Thank you to the Dauber team!!!!
