I'm currently having one of the worst experiences ever! I was completely unaware of being enrolled in online classes once the pandemic started. I never spoke with anyone or confirmed this was ok. I specifically chose on campus classes due my struggle with specific subjects. I was unaware until an instructor contacted me. I emailed advising and was removed from the class I was still charged and a hold was put on my account. I have never talked to or discussed classes with anyone for the fall and i am also scheduled and charged for those classes as well. Now i'm told i have to file an appeal to try to have the balance and the hold removed and i cant remove the fall classes until the balance is cleared. Every time I speak with anyone i'm forwarded to someone or a dept. that cant help or explain!
This location is closer to my house but I can drive further to the North Harris campus since they seem to have more information available and open business hours.
I ve been trying to get enrolled into a class did all my requirements to be able to enrolled and become a student for the past month and a half I ve been trying to contact the adviser for that class and by the time she could respond the class was full now I ve got to wait another year to attend like really no communication even went up to the campus she wasn t there call customer support they said email her call her I even texted her left on read it s complete BS I will not be attending here I ve got enrolled into HCC it took me a week and a half to be enrolled there it s just embarrassing no communication with the students
