I live in New York. Never had a problem with receiving my pension. via citi bank. WENT TO CITI BANK THIS AM. nO PENSION. pLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY.
Horrible service. Requested contributions refund LAST YEAR and now after one year they finally said it was going to arrive in 10 days in my bank account. Guess what! It didn t. Called them and upon checking they said it wasn t processed and they didn t know the reason.
I AM DISGUSTED.
