Updated after LondonMagicStore agreed to replacement:
Bought an iPhone from them and within three months the Start Button failed. I Returned it for repairs and when I got it back, it was badly scratched and touch ID did not work. The following days the battery started draining within hours from 100%!
It took a bit of back and forth but LondonMagicStore contacted me and replaced the iPhone. The current phone is working as it should. They have done the right thing I have updated this rating to four stars to reflect this. Thanks.

false tracking number given to try make it appear they have sent it

I ordered a used Samsung S6. It came as expected in good condition but there was issue with the battery which came to light in the first week. I spoke with LMS who asked me to send it back. without hesitation they immediately sent me another, also in good condition which now works fine. Bad stuff will happen. It is how you deal with it that counts.

Order a iphone from them. Came within 24 hours. Sadly there were a minor fault and they exchanged it very next day. The phone was as good as new. It was a great bargain for me. This was my 1st order online. I am happy that my 1st experience was very very good. Thanks Londonmagicstore.
