When your neighbor recommends a service- they must be great! Indeed it was. From the time I called Lon Smith Roofing to getting my roof repaired it took no time at all. Clayton completed his inspection and provided a detailed explanation and options for our leaky roof as well as for our second floor ventilation issue. Within days we had a detailed quote, reasonable pricing, repairs, new ventilation system and piece of mind. The crew took great care and did a wonderful job. We are extremely satisfied and will call Lon Smith Roofing for all future needs.

Roofing crew nocked water heater and furnace vent loose and didn't even bother to check after finishing roof leaving attic exposed to carbon monoxide. Called field inspector assigned to my roof Install, told me he would be by later that day(Fri) and reconnecting show or call so reconnected myself. Steven finally shows up to collect check (and put on a good face as though he followed up with his crew)Tuesday with 20 point Inspection sheet but never did proper
follow thru with his crew. When I mentioned vent for water heater and furnace being nocked loose he made excuses. Make sure if you use Lon Smith roofing that you check your vents before they leave your property very hard to get roofing company to follow thru.

Frustrated!!!! We have a no soliciting sign on our door AND we have another roofers sign in our yard. Please stop leaving these on my door.

During some heavy rain in August, what turned out to be a multi-year leak in my roof caused a portion of the ceiling in a bedroom to collapse, allowing water to drip on furniture. I called as soon as I discovered it. Even though it was after regular business hours, they sent someone to patch the roof within an hour. I turned to them again to do the work prescribed by the insurance adjuster and am very pleased with the results. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional, courteous, and thorough. This was not my first experience with this company, and I will continue to call in them when needed.

Unfortunately had the displeasure of working with this company. Would not listen to the people living in the house about what needed to be done on the roof. Employees were very rude. Interrupted a very important business meeting another tenant had for no reason whatsoever. Don't put yourself through the trouble, call someone else.

My wife and I built our dream home in the fall of 2020. Our house got hit by some pretty decent sized hail last week and I was concerned about the damage to our brand new roof. 4 different roofers were at our doorstep the next day telling me to file and claim and we needed a new roof. Garrett and Lon Smith came recommended from a client of mine so I gave him a call. Garrett came out within 2 days and looked at our roof and was extremely honest with me. He didn t advise having a claim filed, which four other roofers had tried to pressure me into filing a claim. He did show me some of the damage but was very thorough in explaining why he didn t recommend it for our house and what we should be looking out for in the future. I really appreciated his honesty, approach, and professionalism. Garrett and Lon Smith roofing saved me money and a claim on my insurance. The next time we experience a bad storm, Garrett and his team will be my first and only call!

Lon Smith Roofing repped by Garret Seals has been a great find. They came in and fixed a few issues we had with our old roof successfully, replaced and deck roof with a great product and then replaced a flat roof with another non-traditional product ...all things others could have done I suppose. Garrett has been a great rep and the teams get it done...that was 2016-17-18 flash forward to 2021 and after a huge rain storm we have a leak...Garrett is back out here in 2 days and already set up a repair. I would recommend Lon Smith over and over based on Garrett s professionalism and attentiveness to customer needs YEARS after the checks cashed! Well done!

-My Salesperson, Paul, was the only one from three different companies, to point out my roof needed additional ventilation. He was very knowledgeable & thorough during his presentation ensuring I understood the details so I could make an informed decision.
-The experienced Installation Crew completed the job in one day. They started early by protecting my landscape and worked late leaving my property in good condition.
-Mario, the Project Inspector, arrived at the beginning of the installation and returned later to ensure the project was on target. Although there was a materials delivery hiccup, it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Upon completion, during the 20 point inspection appointment, Mario even painted a black vent grey so it would match the rest of the vents!
Lon Smith Roofing was easy to work with, honest and had my best interest in mind.
