I love how clean & beautiful all the parks are in Lombard. Makes me proud to say "I live in Lombard!"

Really disappointed. The Madison Meadows location was chosen by us because we were promised there would be electricity provided. I ordered a moon bounce (provided supported documentation to the park district) and due to the electricity not working, i had to order extra generators and find ways to keep the power running for music and other entertainment we had for the guests.

We called the Lombard park district to let them know the power wasn't working and were told maintenance will come take a look at it - they never showed up. After the party, when we called the PD, they told us there was some 'switch' that had to be pressed to reset the outlet. Why weren't we told this when we called to complain initially? Also, why didn't the maintenance guy show up to take care of it?

Instead of taking responsibility, the manager tried pinning it on the host of the party and saying its our fault for not pressing a switch we never knew existed. Bad experience.

they cancel classes without letting the parents know. 10/10 do not recommend

It was awful my parents dropped my off for seven hours we went to cantigy and they didn t let us climb on the tanks it sucked

We love Kiddie Campus and have had great success with the soccer programs! We ve had amazing experiences with the classes we have gone to over the past four years with 1 or 2 being less than what we hoped/expected and one being cancelled due to minimum not being met. Support the Park District and so classes will continue to be run!!

Our kids have enjoyed each of the classes they've taken and we have found the park district easy to communicate with when we have questions. We are loving our pass to Paradise Bay and our walks to Madison Meadow.

It's an awful place. My daughter got hit by a kid in her tennis class. That girl lost the tennis match, got angry and out of frustration hit the tennis ball on my daughter's face. I called the office, spoke with the manager and director, to take some action against it. Apparently they don't take any action against this type of bullying.
