Be very careful before accepting a job with Logicsource. They tell their candidates that there are annual raises and bonuses if objectives are met. Neither could be further from the truth. I worked there for 5+ years and never a raise. In addition, they've been cutting bonuses for everyone because management can't meet their own objectives relating to new business. If you NEED a job, go for it. If you're looking for a change, keep looking.
