Beautiful setup. The perfect setup for any occasion, gathering or just simply self pampering me time.

Off to a great start, our room was ready and complimentary champagne to boot! The girl at the front desk was lovely and very accommodating. Came for a one-night staycation for my daughter's 14th bday. Inside our room, There was a beautiful chocolate mousse tart and a wonderful card; inside the card were amazing and thoughtful birthday wishes from the staff. The room was clean, with plenty of bottled water hand sanitizer with plenty of soaps, lotions, and towels. The beds were clean and comfy. A bit soft, but fine.

The food and drinks were delicious. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they were, or it seemed like they were short-staffed, and food and drinks took a while. With Covid restrictions still in order, that's probably the case. I'm sure things will be fine once the ban is lifted. Otherwise, a perfect stay. Would come again.

One of my favorite hotel stays ever. So close to the beach, to and to Santa Monica Pier and Downtown restaurants/shopping. Complimentary welcome champagne, attentive poolside service, nice pool and hot tub, great ocean views, super soft sheets and bed. Overall great experience.

Very nice hotel, but you knew that! Limited menu is a downer, but due to Covid. Staff were amazing! Great location and views.

WOW, I loved this place! While visiting Santa Monica we decided to stop in the hotel and grab a drink. We were escorted to the pool terrace and we sat in a private little seating arrangement facing the water. I loved it!

We ordered a spicy Bloody Mary and it was delicious! There was a small breeze and the waiter recognized that we were cold and brought us blankets, so sweet.

Upon leaving we spoke with hotel personnel and everyone was so kind, they smiled and were happy to answer or assist with anything we needed.

Your team aided us in achieving that goal. We'll be back next year. When we casually mentioned that it was his birthday, they surprised him with a slice of chocolate cake on a tray with "Happy Birthday" written on it. Our star, it was stunning. We had a fun vacation and stayed here for a while. It is strongly suggested!

The rooms need to be remodeled, much to business like.
Blue streak atmosphere fire-pits are nice might benefit from some foliage and music. Its time to offer an inside lounge

The hotel itself is very clean, well-renovated & maintained, with beautifully designed rooms!! We had the king ocean view room with balcony and everything about our stay was just perfect!!Thank you for everything!! Highly recommend.

a total sham and the girl at the front desk alexandra or alexa whatever her name is has issues and zero customer service.
Not worth the money!! plenty of better choices around the area. nice views from the patio restaurant, but that's about it!
I wrote an email to the GM lets see if he responds.
