I was traveling to Boston for a weekend getaway alone. The hotel was the perfect choice! The location was great and within walking distance to enjoy the city( I walked to the aquarium which is about 30 minutes, I'm from New York I walk everywhere lool).

I enjoyed the hospitality and I love how you were able to text directly from your phone any questions you have or if you need anything!

I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

We just had a staycation to celebrate our Anniversary as a family. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to give us a special experience. The rooms were lovely and so clean. We look forward to many more visits to the Loews.

Clean, historic hotel. Rooms are small but cozy with nice decor. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant inside hotel (Precinct Bar/Restaurant) is very nice. Food was excellent. Drinks are good too! Staff was friendly. Overall I had an amazing stay. Visiting from Philly, and I'll definitely be back whenever I return to Boston

Relaxing, mouth-watering cuisine, and excellent service. I think this will be the best hotel in this town, and thank you for being able to find it just in time. My stay in this position was worth it. They were all so welcoming. It's the ideal spot for every reason.

Solid 4-star property with quick and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and decently appointed and if you require anything normal the staff takes care of it immediately. They use a touchless system and have a texting protocol for basic requests that works well.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff was incredibly friendly; and the place was clean. Valet - I am assuming due to Covid - was shut down and a pain. I had to scan a QR code, figure out what lot was closest to me, pay through the phone entering my license plate number, drive there, and then enter a confirmation number to get into the lot. I missed the lot three times. It was outdoors, highly visible, and not monitored. The posted prices were less than what I paid through the hotel. I then got trapped inside because the confirmation code wouldn't work getting me out. I realize parking is tough in the city, but there has got to be a better way to do it. I've stayed in a number of hotels during the Pandemic; and this was, by far, the most stressful car situation.

Overall, I may or may not be back. Loews was clean, friendly, and felt safe, but nothing blew me away.
