Nice friendly staff, quick to unload, call ahead though. Southwire seems to never inform them of deliveries so they get a lil grumpy when you show up. Tight docks especially when trucks don't consider other drivers.

The computers "went down" when I tried to check out. Attendants had to rescan my item from the showroom floor 3 times. 2 guys are running 1 register and still have no idea how to troubleshoot it. I give the 3 stars to the products and the customer service.
I know that Loeb has an outstanding reputation in the electrical community. I am retired from a competator. I am considering talking to them about a part-time, possibly full- time position with them. I miss the interacting with the customers whom I got to know over the years.
One thing you all should know is that, they don't answer the phone. But once you get here,the unloading is within a hour.
We have a commercial account with loeb and I made a purchase with them and was not sure if it was the right type of wire or not.when I got back to the shop I found out it would not work , so I called to see if I could return it and with an attitude the rep said I guess so.with that being said I make a trip to return it and the same rep. That sold it to me got an attitude and said I told you that you have to eat it because I asked for the wrong wire...his exact words. So with that being said Loeb Electric has just lost a commercial account over a $30.00 sale and a horrible customer service. Update on my review. The marketing department reached out to me and let me know that the issue had been addressed and taken care of and offered there deepest apologies, Also when I returned to Loeb I spoke with the same service rep. and he did remember me and did apologize and told me that he prides himself in good customer service and that he was very sorry about how the situation was handled. Thank you Loeb Electric for taking the time to fix this issue.
Great Company to Do Business With! Very Professional and understanding. Prompt payments on Invoices and quick turn around times on quotes. If you are a contractor, these are great people to work with!
