What a FRAUD their online auctions are. I bid on an item as part of the online auction with a running down timer that said the auction was ENDING at 11:00am. Two minutes before the auction was due to end, I was the highest bidder and so, naturally, excited. The timer ran down. It clicked over to 11:00am. Suddenly, 2 further minutes were added to auction and another, higher, bid. So, perhaps stupidly, I bid again. I was the highest bid again. Waited for the 2 extra minutes to expire and ANOTHER 2 minutes were added to the auction clock and another bid. At 11:06am six full minutes after the auction was supposed to end the auction was till going I gave up bidding and realised that this was nothing but a scam. My advice: stay away from these guys! They look legit, but the way they run an online auction reeks of deception and questionable behaviour.

The auctioneers are terrific but everything else fails. Arrive at least an hour early or there is no parking. Registration is very inefficient - allow 20 min in the que. Collection of items is supervised by the most infuriatingly disinterested kid I have ever encountered. He is capable of one buyer at a time, taking about 10 min per buyer - all while drinking a coffee. The sausage sale and coffee van out the front are really good too actually, and about all that would bring me back. That kid has got to go back to Special School.
Spamming me with texts about auctions. No idea who they are or where they are, and most certainly NEVER gave them my number or permission to spam me.
"Auction was cancelled on Saturday. Sorry" - why is the auction still being advertised on the following Tuesday? I even contacted you on monday to confirm it was going ahead. No regard for other people's time. Really unprofessional and disorganised business
