My experience with Tori Lockard and Lockard Realty was exceptional!

I contacted Tori while I was looking for a new home. She went above and beyond for me. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but she found me my dream home. She was available whenever I had questions (it was my first home buying experience so trust me I had PLENTY of questions for her). She even followed up after the purchase to make sure everything was going spectacular. I recommend Lockard Realty whenever I hear someone is looking for a new home or property!

I've had terrific experience with both Lockard Realty and Lockard Inc. At the base of both is a superb leader, Ken Lockard. He drives a culture that expects results based on top-flight service, and he produces it. He's also extremely community and "all stakeholder" minded, so that it's genuinely a win-win for all involved. The people at Lockard love what they do, and it shows in the relationships they build and the results they get for the client, whether you're buying, selling, or in a development project. Personally, I purchased a home, sold another, and entrusted a very large industrial redevelopment project with the team. Bottom line: I recommend this firm. I'd be glad to expand on any of the comments if a client would like to dive a bit deeper.

I have now had the luxury of working with Tori while buying our first and second home and I've had great experiences with both! She is responsive, knowledgeable, and found us exactly what we were looking for! Called Steve Knapp several times about some rental property on Waspi Rd never returned any of my calls I wonder if the property owners know what a GREAT job his guy is doing for them.
