I've had terrific experience with both Lockard Realty and Lockard Inc. At the base of both is a superb leader, Ken Lockard. He drives a culture that expects results based on top-flight service, and he produces it. He's also extremely community and "all stakeholder" minded, so that it's genuinely a win-win for all involved. The people at Lockard love what they do, and it shows in the relationships they build and the results they get for the client, whether you're buying, selling, or in a development project. Personally, I purchased a home, sold another, and entrusted a very large industrial redevelopment project with the team. Bottom line: I recommend this firm.
