I have to say that the level of service i've received from Youval at Claireview Leasing has been spectacular. His knowledge of cars is something i've rarely seen in the industry. I just recently leased a Porsche as my second car and couldn't be happier. My daily driver is a Bmw and that too i got from Youval a couple of years back when he was at Bmw Canbec. Wherever Youval goes i will follow. He cares about his customers. He's attentive and honest and will work diligently to find you the right car at the right price. Very impressed with Claireview leasing as a whole as well. Beautiful new dealership! If you're looking to lease a car, there's no other person to see and that is Youval!

My experience with Claireview Leasing was absolutely spectacular and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle with excellent service. When I contacted them about a 2018 Volvo XC90 on their website, I was actually looking to buy, not lease. After discussing various options with Albert Bensimon, we came to an arrangement that suited both parties. Albert was knowledgeable, responsive, kind and made the transaction seamless. He even came in on his day off to deliver our vehicle. The XC90 is pristine and we are extremely happy all around!

What a nightmare company to deal with. "Leased to own" a certified car, failed miserably to get a safety check in Ontario. Spent over $5,000 fixing the problems on an $11,000 old Triumph so it was road worthy. They agreed to pay $1,500 of it BUT THEY NEVER DID. When the lease was up, it took over 6 months to get the ownership from them.....never answer e-mails......

UPDATE 1: After this review went up, they contacted me and agreed to pay the $1500 as long as I took down the review. I told them I would think about it but I might just leave it up and forego the money. Suddenly a lot of positive reviews were entered......hmmmm.

UPDATE 2: Great news, when I tried to sell the "certified" car, the new owner discovered it had been in an accident in the USA they had not told me about!! I contacted them and they have never responded! I am not surprised.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Do not buy anything from them, you will regret it over time. I am glad I did not purchased a more expensive vehicle.

The customer service started out as being very good, everything seemed to be very smooth. But somewhere along the line there must have been a miscommunication. They ran my credit report without my permission as a hard inquiry. When i tried to question why they had done so all communication stopped. Not the service or treatment I was expecting as i had reservations about the vehicle.

I can not begin to express my gratitude to clairview, I was taken care of by Youval and words can't begin to describe the service I was given. Albeit me being very complicated and picky with the specific car I was looking for, Youval was patient and he willingly made the effort to find me exactly what I was looking for. I was treated with transparency and was treated like a friend more than like a client. We took time to discuss the best options that would fit the plan I had made up.

Not only did Youval offer me a great deal, he found me the car I had been dying to own. On top of the wonderful and efficient service, Youval took it up a notch and even accompanied me and drove all the way down to Toronto with myself, where this became more than a business deal it became a friendship. Youval is extremely qualified and professional in how he operates. I was referred to him by a friend & was treated by him as a friend. Needless to say, he will be the one and only name that will come to mind when it comes to buying/financing or leasing a car.

my car needed an insane amount of repairs and being that i had leased the car from Clairview, i decided to take it there! Best thing i ever did. Steve from the servicing department took that car and treated it like a new born baby. he called me along every step of the way and kept me informed of what he was doing .what he did with this car is incredible . he found every single problem and literally fixed it close to being brand new again, at a very good price i may add!i HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEVE at claireview leasing servicing . and i want to also mention, i think he's one of he nicest people i have ever dealt with! he made this awful experiece a real pleasure! Thank you steve , you will definately be seeing us again!

I was interested in purchasing a car advertised in their inventory. Through email I was told the car came with winter tires and rims. I asked the best price and it was attractive enough to get me down to the showroom to see the car first hand. I noticed the the rear tires were completely finished (unsafe) and the salesman told me of course they would be changed.

2 days later I'm ready to buy the car (no lease, no financing) but now the price does not include winter tires and would have to pay an extra $1000 for new rear rubber. This type of customer service of saying one one day and another the next goes against my principles and falls into my "shady" category. They are not there to sell cars outright at their advertised prices, they want to suck you into a high interest rate lease. Too bad because I could have been a good customer for them.

The worst car company ever? Probably. The sales guy was rude, hostile and lied repeatedly. Run away. Don't walk.

So many problems with a single transaction...it is mindboggling. A tidbit:
- The advertised car price was a "mistake". It was subsequently increased. In order to take the car, I would have to pay more than the listed price.
- After the car was inspected, and a price was agreed upon, the car was significantly damaged while still at Claireview. At first, Claireview outright refused to pay for the damage. Ultimately, the sales guys said they were certain the damage would be covered under warranty, (since when is external damage a warranty item?) If not "we would work it out," which according to them means going halfsies on the damage they caused. They refused to put any of this in writing meaning I would have to trust them. LOL
- Despite twice emailing about the price of the car, the final bill had surprise fees.
- The salesperson lied, lied and lied again. Here are just a few examples:
-----He told me he would just take my credit card number to hold the car. Instead, not only did charge my card $2,000, he claimed afterward that he told me would do so. Never happened.
-----When he first gave details about the car and agreed to a price, he talked about checking with his manager. After problems came up, I asked to speak to the manager myself. He said that HE was the manager too. Guess he was talking to himself before.
-----He accused me of causing the damage to the car because, he said talking about the workers there, "You told them to do it." Seriously??? Why would I do that? For the record, I never spoke to anyone.

My takeaway: the sales guy discovered he could probably sell the car for a higher price plus earn more in interest. So, even though I had a certified cheque in my hand for the price we agreed to and travelled a significant distance, all he could say was "You don't want the car? Leave!"

The company wasted my time and money, one full day of travel and several hundred dollars in expenses to be specific. I left in tears.

Bought my car from Claireview Leasing with the help of Steve Psomas. He was great. He was warm, and friendly, throughout the process. I had the feeling that he was working in my best interest from beginning to end. He was available for every call and every question. I highly reccomend working with him if you are seeking to purchase a new or used car.

Thank your claireview and Youval (sales person) for honestly, the best service and buying experience i've had with a dealership. Professional, honest and reliable. My car was being shipped from Toronto to MTL by carrier and they were taking too long so... Youval drove 6 hours to Toronto to personally pick up the car and drive back in horrible weather just so I can have the vehicle two days earlier. You will not find another dealership with such high regards for their customers.

Only great experiences with Steve and his team . Started a year ago servicing my suv here. Great pricing and real pros at car maintenance. You call them and they are there for you .

Awful slowness of service. No return calls, 2 weeks for a simple name transfer and it was postponed again. Fortunately, I retracted it in time.
Total stupidity.

I am from Calgary, Alberta and purchased a car that I found through AutoTrader. When I called, I was directed to Albert B. He was great. He got me all of the details I asked for and, in my opinion, went above and beyond. The whole transaction was smooth, the train shipping was as Albert said it would be and my Volvo XC60 is in even better shape than he described with even more features than were listed. I was very impressed with Albert and this organization and would purchase again from them in a heartbeat.

Great service from Maurice Kaspy and Suzanne Fenn from beginning to end. They took care of renting me a car til the new one came in and then took care of licenses and even the government rebate for me. Always with a smile!!!

"Spot Left Blank..." comment was left as I was dealing with your management about an Audi S5 I purchased that I was told the service was up to date, of which I found out it was not. We were discussing who was going to pay for the service as it was one of the big ticket service intervals. We reached an agreement on Claireview to pay for ~70%. While I still feel as though I should not have paid for any of it, Claireview could have told me to pound sand (I found out the service wasn't up to date a couple months after I purchased), instead, we had civil discussions and Claireview stepped up and covered the majority of the cost. For that I was grateful. All around, the purchase was pleasant and I am still driving the S5. There were a few other items wrong with the car, but I blame myself for not thoroughly checking. Changed my rating to 4 stars. Apologies it took 2 years to respond :)

Excellent experience. I leased a very low mileage Bentley Continental GTC based on the website pictures alone and was not disappointed. I had not leased anything from Claireview before. The entire process was handled professionally and expeditiously by Andy. I would definitely and without hesitation recommend them to others. The car was also perfect. My experience at Claireview Leasing was First Class service. I highly recommend anyone thinking of leasing a vehicule to consult with the staff before going to a dealer. They are knowledgeable and the price is very competitive.

I haven t been to many dealerships, but here, it s a different story. Simply put, you re taken of. The salesperson (Youval) was straight forward, had answers to my questions and was open for discussion; and despite being very busy, we kept in touch (for follow ups) through phone calls, sms & emails. He even replied to one of my emails + smsed back when I called him while he was on vacation in Paris !!

Having said that, all the key players I met with at Claireview were very accessible and were pleased to be of any assistance. Mark & Steeve were very re-assuring when I brought my newly leased car in for an issue with the brakes. So you know, it was an Audi with OEM brake pads making some unpleasant noise on bumps; and they fixed it with brand new original pads, no questions asked, no fuss.

I feel great, I feel good & lucky to have met up with these guys and would be looking forward for more business in the future and/ or recommendations to my friends. A visit to their showroom is definitely worth it!
