"Spot Left Blank..." comment was left as I was dealing with your management about an Audi S5 I purchased that I was told the service was up to date, of which I found out it was not. We were discussing who was going to pay for the service as it was one of the big ticket service intervals. We reached an agreement on Claireview to pay for ~70%. While I still feel as though I should not have paid for any of it, Claireview could have told me to pound sand (I found out the service wasn't up to date a couple months after I purchased), instead, we had civil discussions and Claireview stepped up and covered the majority of the cost. For that I was grateful. All around, the purchase was pleasant and I am still driving the S5. There were a few other items wrong with the car, but I blame myself for not thoroughly checking. Changed my rating to 4 stars. Apologies it took 2 years to respond :)
