This company is a total scam stay the hell away. I was paying $100.00 a month for marketing and I got zero return on investment. They kept coming up with different excuses every time I called in and said I was not getting any new business from your service. DON'T USE THEM.

This company is a fraud and shoul be shut down. Today I got a call from a collection agency saying htat even though I cancelled the account for lousy work on their part, I still owe money sinc the credit card dispute only protected me from further new charges but not the " res of the money I owe according to the contract". After speaking with a local lighthouse rep, I was tiold to take it up with the collection agency which told me they would, according to the contrac I signed, remove th money from my bank account. Since people are not aware of their buisness tactics, AVOID DOING ANY CONTRACT OR sigining any agreements caus you will be sorry. The BBB has been notified as well as the attorney general. To you the people who work at and own this business, it will come back at you. The universe notices all crooks sooner or later.
The webpage they designed for me is poor. It looks like a middle school student put it together. I offered to give them my design. They said they couldn't use it. I have received zero phone calls since switching over. Now that I'm trying to cancel, they have me on hold forever. Recommendation: FIND SOMEONE ELSE. : (

I started with Local Lighthouse in April of 2015, I love my website and so do my customers. I have even had customers tell my that they came to my business instead of my competition because of the website. They told me it was fresh and modern and that's why they chose 360 Sheds & Outdoor Buildings
This company is a SCAM. They have been harassing me and my company with phone solicitation calls for over a year. We have been asking them to stop calling and yet the calls continue. I have now submitted THREE complaints to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and yet the calls continue. Their representatives are arrogant and rude. PLEASE do not do business with this company.

Absolutely loved what they have done for me the video the uploaded is also great! I recommend them to all my friends. It was a little bit of a process in the beginning but we were able to make it through. Glad I did.

We have multiple accounts with Lighthouse, and continue to deal with a rep there named Cameron, because he was the first to be very honest, set realistic expectations from the start, and ACTUALLY deliver (thanks Cameron!) I have been pitched by countless online marketing companies, and you absolutely can t beat the value of their program with all of the services included.

If you hate robo-calls, these are the people you despise most. I am on DoNotCall.gov, but that doesn't matter to them. So, why would I, or anyone, do business with dishonest businesses that overtly break the law? Filing my complaint with DoNotCall.gov now.
I made the mistake of picking up one of their robo calls saying they are a SEO provider affiliated with Google. I signed up for their services against my better judgement and the hundreds of reviews saying not to. All I have to say is DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICES. A complete and utter waste of time and money. I put roughly $600 into Local Lighthouse and have nothing to show for it except a copy cat website of my own that they created for me. And if you were silly enough to get dragged in, plan on spending a good portion of your day trying to cancel. You have been warned.
This company is a scam. The price they charge is ridiculous for what you get. All they do is throw a simple WordPress install with a basic theme and viola, $50 per month. We decided to switch to a different hosting company. We called them, and they would not let us have our domain name back. They explained that the domain name is under their account. Because of this, we have to start over from scratch. Save yourself a lot of time and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The bbb is aware of the practices of this company and hopefully they will shut them down.

Even though, I have cancelled my account with them, they still have a different website on my Google + account. And now when people go to that website, it says that the site has been shutdown because of me not paying my account fee with them. I am thinking of suing them!

Horrible experience. I was told ... in order to keep the domain that I would have to pay until a certain month. I completed the payments and then was told they do not release domains. Basically, I was sold a bag of goods to keep my subscription going. No refunds! Extremely disappointed. Note to self... get everything in writing. Employees don't always tell the truth. So sad you cannot trust the word of customer service reps. A JOKE!!!
